Feb 2023We really enjoyed our stay here. Our 4 yr. old daughter loved the pool and slides, which were covered by 3 friendly lifeguards.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were all lovely and it's in a good location to both Ao Nang and Hat Noppharat Thara beach.
Whilst we didn't initially opt for the breakfast buffet when booking, we did end up having breakfast at the hotel for almost half of our stay. There's plenty of options on offer and both the kitchen and floor staff are really friendly and attentive.
Overall we had a great stay and we'd definitely book again should we stay in Krabi.
Weekends were busy but during the week it was a ghost town.
Sep 2022We never had the breakfast since it did not look like good value. Pool was very well taken care of...
LOved that when out and about and crossing at crosswalks that traffic stopped for us...the area was clean and easy to walk around without always watching where you walk or having an accident....i was there for the week and i saw "0" police..a nice touch Keep it up.

Dec 2021Stayed here a couple previously not sure what's happened staff & whole place I believe needs an uplift in standards.
I feel basic english could not be understood & hole demenda wasn't very welcoming
I appreciate these are difficult times with masks distancing ect but if the star rating is 4 & you pay top dollar you expect better.
I would add the sound proofing / design is pretty non existant between floors.
2 of 7 nights woken & kept awake by residents in above with children & then lbit of late night party.
Enough said.

excellent pool for the kids, the slides are fun and the pool is an engaging shape, my 9 and 12 yr old enjoyed it. it’s shady too
breakfast is nice but repetitive. good selection of pastries, egg station and nice meat options but if you are vegan you are in trouble after a day or so!

rooms are spacious
lots of restaurants, tour operators and 7/11 within a v short walk
bathrooms were clean on arrival but not necessarily well cleaned during the stay. not major and to be fair, we were bringing in lots of sand from the island tours

Feb 2023Manager here was very rude & not friendly. Bad attitude! Im with my family just arrived from malaysia so tired, then when we want to register he said i booked wrong room. Not talk nicely. With kids tired after long journey. Didnt serve any drinks to keep us calm. Just waiting to que up and we need to charge extra! what a bad hotel & of coz very bad service! pls dont come here. Manager was very very rude!

Jan 2023Great slides and happy hour at the pool bar. Staff were lovely. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast but expensive if not included in room rate. Ate a lot at The Green Pepper across the road. Good food and fast. They also do takeaway.
Grouting missing on some pool tiles, we've found this quite common in Thailand. Rooms a little tired but again this is common. Pillows weren't great but not enough for us to ask for different ones. We were on lowest floor and last two nights had a heard of elephants above us (not hotels fault). Lighting really dim and no lamp to use for reading.
Our family of 5 had a great stay at this hotel!

* Great CLEAN Swimming pool with water slides (keeps kids occupied and happy). Good pool bar
* Good size room and bathroom and very clean. Good bed. Our booked room had an issue and were therefore upgraded to a better room for the entire period we stayed. THANK you Ananta Burin!
* Very friendly staff
* Breakfast is more Asian oriented but still sufficient westerns breakfast food choices
* Great value for your money
The hotel location is not in the city center but still not very far from the beach and restaurants (15 min walk)
