Nov 2021We loved everything about Pepper Trail.We stayed in Woodpecker tree house and plantation villa.The ambience and the view from the rooms are worth every penny we paid. My husband and I fell sick during our travel, but the staffs at Pepper Trail took care of us and we are more than grateful. The food was also good.

Our parents stayed at the Mackenzie suite and the only downside to it was they it did not have a TV.
However we had a TV in the Pool Villa so it would be nice to have a TV in all rooms as there is not much to do around the property during the covid time specially for the elderly.

Dec 2021These guys were an embodiment of hospitality. The spacious rooms, the fabulous views and great food were only the iceberg of deep rooted hospitality in their DNA. Clean rooms, a well maintained property and a smile at every point comes from the inherent want to make their guests happy. It’s their attention to detail and going the extra mile that was such a delight, the rest was just a big bonus. Pepper trails hospitality puts a your typical 5/7 star properties to shame in my books. This trail only leaves you wanting for more.
Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

Mar 2023The best place for resting. Amazing pool, super helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the treehouse and it was so relaxing, watching all the birds, monkeys and squirrels was the peak of our stay. Gayathri was an amazing naturalist who shared so much knowledge, we were very grateful for her!
They are expanding the lake which seemed very unnecessary and damaging to nature. It seems as though the property is trying to expand and it could lose it’s charm. Please don’t become a resort!

Dec 2021Superb property in the midst of plantations, very scenic, luxurious, spacious, well maintained and aesthetically decorated rooms, great service by the staff. Food was good too, although expensive! I travelled with my family and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The mattress was too soft for my liking. The property is expensive but it's still worth a visit.

Aug 2021Secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city the place is serene providing privacy with the cottages spaced out.Food was good . The staff were extremely courteous and catered to all our changes in the menu . Excellent service by the staff with a smiling face always . Would surely recommend to our family and friends
Some additional activities could be included for kids and young adults . A game room , shuttle court etc would be ideal to make it a perfect family getaway
