it was very much a building site in many areas . the path to the beach was mostly inaccessible there was no restaurant due to building works the swimming pool had green water so I did not use it. on going issues with the Wi-Fi

Location by the Blue Lagoon. Reception staff made the best of a bad situation for guests and allowed us to check out early and get a refund.

Entire property needs to be renovated and modernized before being open to guests. Wi-Fi did not work on property. No food options available especially considering the price.

Just the view was nice

For 160$ a night you get a very dirty room without towels, toilet paper, only cold water also in the shower and the water was coming out with just low flow. The furniture is older than my grandma and in bad shape. No bulk in the two trash cans. The cushions smell like they were never washed. Also many defect walls in the so called resort are there. Unmotivated staff except the elderly gent and the cook. The entrance to the blue lagoon is dangerous to walk down, nobody is taking care of the walkway and the beach. We never spend so much money for such a bad experience, we felt hornswoggle. This place needs a total new management and better care. And please don’t apologize on booking because you definitely know what your guests get.

It was beautiful and quiet

It is a large picturesque property with good vehicular access with ample parking. It’s nearby major attractions, unfortunately the work on the main road for the new highway takes away from the level of accessibility.

Fantastic staff and very helpful, but this place could use an upgrade. Definitely not getting the value of what price paid for. No WiFi in rooms. Barely had a cook/chef, small variety of selections. No Bar. The "cook" was the server, cook and maybe could get you a beer. Just seemed way overpriced unless some major upgrades occur. My guess is years ago it was managed better.

No WiFi. The uphill walks everywhere. No chef/cook/waiters. No bar. For the price paid this was not worth it.
