The size of room was spacious enough to incorporate a sofa bed however we had to pay for extra mattress. Even after paying for the extra mattress the one provided was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. We had initially itself pay for extra adult charges for the room and breakfast however we had to keep reminding to provide three toiletries instead of two everytime.
Time and again there was renovation work noise as some rooms were being renovated at the resort.

Oct 2021The room service in the morning starts at 8am. So, early risers like me have to wait till that time for the morning tea. Suggest if same can begin at 7 am.
Everything was just amazing right from the moment we entered till the time we left. The entire staff is extremely commited, courteous and helpful which makes you feel important and valued (special mention for Sonam, Aneet, Sunil, Ashish, Bharat, Pawan & Ajay). The food is delicious, every cuisine we ordered - Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, Thai - was awesome! You might feel the menu has limited variety but anything you put your finger on is cooked exceptionally well. The swimming pool is another highlight of the resort as it is kept super-clean and we found it extremely safe and fun for the children and adults alike. Rooms are cosy and well-maintained too. Last but not the least, there are plenty of recreation options as well with a well equipped games room (5 indoor games), cycling, cricket & badminton. All in all, 7apple Resort delivered beyond our expectations!

Jan 2022Resort was not over crowded. During covid times that was the only plus point.
Food was horrible the quality needs to improve for sure. Also there are only mattresses available for 3 person. No folding beds its uncomfortable for families. Approach roads are terrible.

Mar 2023Staff is completely untrained even in the most mundane activities .I mean when we reached the property no security no Bell boy no one at reception. I was yelled at and phone banged when we called front desk because they were busy. I have no words kindly use your own discretion with the above experience.
