The service from the restaurant staff was amazing and Regimon on Reception was outstanding. A new resort and the staff still finding their way but overall a great experience and in time they will be able to offer a 5 star service.

Some of other reception staff could do with a lesson in customer service. We were ignored upon our arrival and were made to feel like an inconvenience.

The Serenity and hospitality

the room was nice, the boat trip, tea time, the staff at the games room were great.

Be careful, I stayed at the resort on 25 Feb and the resort charged me twice for my staying. After following up with them for hours, they said that happened by mistake and they will return the money. I haven’t received anything from them until now!!! they don’t answer my messages. Today is 13 March and I’m trying my best to get my money back.

The location is beautiful and the overall setting of the property is fabulous and scenic. The restaurant offers a wide range of choices. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff was so friendly and we felt extremely comfortable during our stay there. Rooms are well arranged. The property has an artificial lake for boating and good swimming pools for adults and kids separately. Cycles are available for riding within the property. There is a gym, game zone and beautiful green lawns for recreation.

The complimentary house boat trip in the Vembanad lake was not up to the mark. The traditional Kerala meals was missing from the menu. People from outside Kerala would have loved to have a plantain leaf Kerala meal experience.

they’re asking full payment before check in(even after credit card details given for online booking).Also took more than 45 minutes for checks in (maybe due to new year rush).Breakfast was good but service was pathetic. no rooms service (food) was available for elderly people

The hotel was good and its located in a great location, You will enjoy every bit of it. It has a internal canal where you can do some kayaking. It has two pools one common infinity pool facing the backwaters and other pool villa where around 10 villas are connected at the back with a common private pool only for the 10-villas, you can walk down to the pool from your room and it has some privacy and its a great place for the kids and ladies to enjoy. They have a club room for the kids to enjoy some indoor games (Chess, Carom, Table Tennis and there is a Gym for fitness freaks) The room service was good, they had enough staff to carter to all your needs. The complementary breakfast was good and had a diversified menu to meet the needs of the eldest to youngest. The hotel is pretty new and pristine clean in all the areas from the room to all common areas. Its 4-5 KMS away from Bird-watch Park which is one of the best places to visit in Kumarakom.

Cons: 1. The reception staff needs a bit more training when they check-in a group of people, we had to wait for more than 30-mins as they wanted a ID copy of all the adult guest, they could have done it in parallel to letting the other members check in and hold only the required, was not the same experience in any other similar hotels. 2. They do not have a drivers lounge and their staff wash rooms are not that great as our drivers were complaining. 3. Cleaning provisions (Water Hose) can be provided at the parking area to clean the Car or at times when your foot is dirty with mud and dirt when you get your foot in to a muddy puddle and return back to the hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated in wood and beautiful landscaping. The lake view is very relaxing and we enjoyed the sunset cruise. The daily tea and snacks were very appreciated. Staff were friendly. A shout out to Suraj for always being available and doing everything to make our stay enjoyable and to Praveen for always providing a friendly service with a smile.

Not all staff understood English which made it difficult to communicate. Surrounding canals were smelly and not sure if hotel water and sanitation was contributing to this.

The awesome behaviour of the staff was exceptional and striking....and the property is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much...

We didn't have option for buffet at all time...even for dinner...maybe it was because of the off season time

Staff were super accommodating and flexible with room options. We came to this resort for an engagement—they hosted a beautiful event and the resort is breathtaking. Wifi was excellent!
