Feb 2023We like their service and how they always seems to go the extra miles in everything that they do.
For instance, we received a lot of complimentary stuffs that we did not expect. The staffs there greet us warmly everytime they saw us.
There isn't anything that we do not like about that place. We loved it so much that even mosquitoes can't spoil the experience.

There are some building works nearby that are quite noisy an you can hear them from the hotel

Not a budget trip
Dec 2021The place was very peaceful. The food was amazing. We also had free pass into the Loss World of Tambun. Staffs were very friendly. Loved the private hot tub. We enjoyed the hot dipping pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing too. Very beautiful place for honeymoon.
The SkyBar was not in service. We missed that. Also the Jeff's Cellar meal was a little out of the budget. Rm595 per meal set. We did not know the price until we went there. So we decided to order only one set instead. But the staffs were understanding enough to let us share our meal.
Also, the wine glass in the room is not an actual glass, they were plastic. I mean, for the price we paid, I feel they can do better.

Oct 2022The local breakfast was excellent. The room was great and the snack items was very much appreciated. The turn down preparation for the room in the evening was detailed and thoughtful.
The item -Bagel and cheese on the breakfast could be removed from the menu if the retreat does not have bagels. The hot spa tub water could have been hotter.

Apr 2022The extra touches that made the natural features like the caves and hot spring more magical. I also love that it super private and the whole vibe is just beautifully relaxing.
The fact that the man-made bodies of water (lakes, the bottom of the waterfall) are all very still. Seems too unnatural and dirty without any flow.

Waited for more than half an hour for our room to be ready. We came early at 2.40pm, expecting for check in at 3pm, as we wanted to make full use of our time here. We waited until 3.30pm. Went to the receptionist to check again if our room was ready, turns out it was. but had to wait another 15 mins for a buggy to fetch us and send us to our room. They were kind enough to send us a little souvenir as a token of apology, :) Other than this, the rest of our time here was great!

Dec 2021the environment is calm and quiet. spacious and cozy at the same time. the room facilities are tip top, hot and cold pool in the room provided good privacy. the public facilities are excellent too. the staff are responsive, professional and friendly in right manner.
could have check if the fridge if it is functioning to avoid any unpleasant smell.

The view is beautiful and love how quiet and peaceful it is.
We stayed in the Garden villa so the jacuzzi is hot and nice to release our tension. Complimentary breakfast is delicious, and its great that they bring it to our villa so we can have it next to the pool.
We would come back again.
The dipping pool wasnt hot enough but view is fantastic. Should have few temperature option pools.
