the other guests were so loud while playing in the pool that we could hear them inside our room and had a hard time sleeping since we got the room that had food access

Mar 2022The Breakfast and food served at the hotel were pretty special. The transfer arranged by the hotel is also recommended.
It was a very pleasant experience. The Staff, oh the staff - we have high praises for the staff and they are truly commendable - be it restaurant food and beverage area, breakfast, after evening drinks at terrace. the rooms are immaculately clean . I also like that the staff really feel proud they are part of a great team working in the hotel - it cascades through the way they are with the guests. Shops are also closeby. Walkable in a few minutes. Great Hotel for the price point.

Price appears to be more expensive than current market rate for the same hotel category which are nearer to tourist attractions and night clubs.
Ahhh if only life was an endless vacation in Boracay staying at Astoria Current.

Food was quite the same during our holidays and not really varying, quality could also be improved; it's quite loud in the room and halls when people are playing in the pool, etc. because of the structure of the building

Its not the staff nor the property but the guests who get food from the buffet table without their masks on. They should be reminded to Strictly follow health protocols for everybodys safety and peace of mind.

Feb 2023Cleanliness and the wonderful staff. Although I was disappointed with the room assigned to us, it was partly my fault I didn't looked further on the other rooms. I expected to have a veranda outside our room or a room overlooking the pool. Overall, the staff was great. Great massage.
