We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

We had an amazing time here! Beautiful hotel/rooms, gorgeous grounds, relaxing spa, and more delicious food than we could handle! Loved the nature walk also. Ask for Hanuman to be your guide around Hampi...he was excellent!

To have a beautiful room -jacuzzi-palatial building is one thing but to do it with tipnotch hospitality is one thing. Yes its costly...but thr whole management right from duty manager to restraunt to housekeeping..everyone made sure that me and my wife have an experience that will remaing for life long. For example decorating the bath tub and bed with rose petals.. Or Specially taking into account to our vegetarian needs.. Arrannging for our visits to hampi and other places. The pro activness was visible among all employees and not only at top level. Thanks to all of you Housekeeping Ravi teja Siraj Akshay. Take a detour from your usual trip to goa and evolve back...

This was a real experience. I lived every moment of it and it goes without saying that everything is taken care of and perfectly planned and arranged. I loved it. Special shout out to Mohit and the entire staff were so lovely 🙏 thank you

The staff were exceptional. The GM Mr. Banerjee went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after attending to our every needs. Of special mention is Mr. Veeresh, our tour guide from the hotel who was very polite, knowledgeable and looked after us very well during our excursions. Jayashree from the front desk was also very helpful, explaining everything to us, guiding and helping us to make our stay very comfortable. The food at the Nizam restaurant was very nice. we had a great time at Hampi.

maybe the food in the main restaurant could be improved

The room was clean & spacious. The location is good as it is very close to the Hampi town. The staff at the Tuluva restaurant were good. The nature walk conducted by Vinay Shankar was very informative & a must do for travellers. The SPA treatment was good & the

The story telling session was poorly planned. The information provided was so little that it felt like a waste of time. The narrative was also flawed..........The place is windy, we heard a constant banging of doors which was very disturbing....the management should do something to ensure that the main door banging is avoided.

The room, the property, everything was beautiful. It was a great break from the chaos of india.

The second restaurant was fancier and expensive and gave small portions

The property is truly worth its luxury tag! The chef went out of his way to accommodate us, the staff were by far the most hospitable I have experienced in my extensive travels to date and the heritage site are a short drive away. I would not only highly recommend this place but am definitely going to make my way back some day soon.

I thought it was all excellent but if I must nitpick I would say room service ought to be free if one opts for the meal plans. It's NOT a complaint, far from it! Constructive feedback perhaps.
