May 2021The staff were very nice to us and offered to help at every time of asking. A quick service from staff to clean rooms and bring things up to your room. The location is very nice. Has spacious rooms and good views from the rooms. Easy to spot and not a far distance from the airport
Hot tub wasn’t open and swimming pools were divided making it hard to swim. A price for essentials which isn’t good enough. Came to find out we didn’t have enough beds for the family even though we stated there was 5 people. That was a cost of 50 BHD. Make sure with the staff that you have enough beds for your family. Every time we asked for a shuttle service it was unavailable making it hard for us at times.

Our flight was at midnight, the hotel kindly extended our checkout for free.very grateful for that. I will come and visit again.
The shuttle service was requested but the service was not delivered, both coming from the airport and going back to the airport.

Average accommodation with really large rooms and very good views.

The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The building is a bit dated and in need of an update. The drains in the room had a smell and the central cooling unit in my room made unwanted noise, which could only be solved by switching it off entirely. We had only lukewarm water in the shower throughout our stay (despite reporting it to the front desk).
The breakfast was pretty average. Despite a full spread/ buffet, the food was unappealing while the coffee tasted mostly like instant coffee rather than freshly brewed coffee. The table cloth was dirty at our table and the setup felt disorganised and also pretty dated. There wasn't enough coffee cups for everyone at breakfast and cutlery was plastic.

Sep 2022The hotel is located in the heart of Bahrain. The shopping centers and museums are very close. The view from the room is amazing.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant to talk to. They are happy to offer information regarding nearby attractions.
Rooms a bit outdated with some equipment not working, however for a short trip nothing that would disturb your holiday.
The noise gets a bit loud if you are located on the top floors due to the night club, however nothing to complain about for a short stay.

Jun 2022The hotel is amazing with good facilities. The room was great with wonderful view and stuff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in and the gym trainer - Mr. Hitesh who really knows his job. The lounge was great as was the gentleman who attended to us - Mr. Debashis. The location is good being close to the museum and the mosque. We highly recommend it to anyone anytime and wont hesitate to visit again.
It was the short stay in this hotel.

Issues with the toilet flushing, we had to call someone out.
The room smelt of smoke, even though it was a non smoking room.
There is alot of maintenance going on at the hotel, mainly around the swimming pool area. It was hard to relax at times due to hearing drilling etc. Customers should be warned of this before booking.

Oct 2021Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The facilities were brilliant as was the location.
One glass and one fork provided for a family of four. The internet on level 7 was awful and was rarely useable. Family room overlooked a very loud music venue which played into the early morning, not what you want with young children.

Jan 2020Early check out and annoying call at 10 am from the reception saying that I should leave at12 pm not after. I used to love the property and the facilities but treating people with strict policy without previous notice is not good for a beautiful place
