Granite Townhouse ist insofern einzigartig, als es von lokalen Surf-Händlern aus lokalem Granit und recyceltem Holz gebaut wurde, das aus dem ursprünglichen alten Haus geborgen wurde. Es strahlt eine warme, freundliche Energie aus und obwohl es direkt im Zentrum liegt, ist es ruhig und friedlich. Es ist völlig unabhängig, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Einkaufszentren, Cafés, dem örtlichen Kino, Hotels und dem Küstenvorland entfernt und nur wenige Minuten Fahrt von spektakulären Stränden entfernt.
Schlafen - Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Queensize-Betten und eines mit einem Doppel- / Einzel-Etagenbett für maximal 6 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einen Balkon mit einem 5-teiligen Buffet, auf dem Sie einen ruhigen Abenddrink, einen Ventilator, eine Wandheizung und einen Wandfernseher genießen können. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit bequemem Bett, Bettwäsche und viel Stauraum für den längeren Aufenthalt.
Badezimmer - Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Badewanne, um die entspannten Tage am Strand zu genießen.
Wohnen - Der offene Wohnbereich hat hohe Holzdecken und ist mit Ledersesseln, einer Ledercouch, 2 Kaffeetischen, einem 42-Zoll-TV / DVD / CD-Player, kostenlosem Netflix, kostenlosem WIFI und einer Klimaanlage mit Umkehrzyklus ausgestattet.
Küche - Die große offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über recycelte Holzplatten und einen interessanten Baumstamm.

Dec 2021We thoroughly loved our stay in this home. Location was excellent. Great home for our family of 5. Check in was easy. Neighbourhood was good, right opposite the primary school.
Would have loved a coffee machine in the house, but there was plenty of shops to walk to for our morning coffee fix.
Only thing I can recommend is to bring an eye mask to wear as the morning sun upstairs beams in through the Venetian blinds early to wake you up.

Jan 2020We loved this house. Stayed for a week but could happily have stayed longer. Everything was very clean and tidy, the beds were really comfortable and everything was provided and in good condition. Loved all the wooden features which made the house feel very cosy. Very pretty outside gardens too. I did water the plants while there, as been a keen gardener, I couldn't resist! Very therapeutic! Houses that we have previously stayed at, which allow dogs, have often been a bit scruffy, so I was really surprised that it was so nice. Thanks for a really great stay. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

The accommodation was perfect for us - the right amount of space and the property itself being close to all amenities you could want in Esperance.
