Jul 2019What a beautiful place to stay! Love the views from the backyard and the Open floor plan of the home! Sitting out on the dock by the water was wonderful! Such a great experience for us.

Mar 2018We hosted our families and this house was the perfect size. The photos accurately depict the property. It was private & quiet with beautiful views. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for basic cooking need.Very spacious with fantastic cozy feel. The host also left us wine during our stay. Just perfect, would not hesitate to stay here again! Mar 2018This place is amazing! It's huge, immaculate, inviting and very well stocked with amenities. Each room was so cozy and the bathrooms, in particular, were really well done...bright, clean, well though out spacing etc. The host and his team was very efficient. I literally can't think of anything that would make this a better place to stay. :-)

Jul 2019The property was dirty and unkept. Carpet was stained, one bedroom was not habitable. A folding chair and very old mattress only content of room. We did not use this room. An outside storage area that looked like a junkyard. The yard water system was under repair piles of dirt and exposed pipes on walkways to lake. Trash can not emptied full of rotting food. Falsely portrayed on website. We spent first 4 hours cleaning inside and out. Location was fine, the only positive about stay. Very disappointed.

Jul 2019The location was good. 15 minute drive to the ferry to San Fran. The owner should put some effort on not updating. Rugs are stained. Had to sweep the patio when we arrived. Garbage was full and stinky. Although we complained no one addressed the issue. Doors broken or missing. Although clean when we arrived it has been neglected. Really needs a deep cleaning inside and out. Yet the place was beautiful in the 80s. Needs to be brought into the 2020 era.

The bedroom our baby was sleeping in smelled like vomit, which we didn't realize until we closed the windows later in the evening. It was unbearable and we didn't stay in it for the rest of the weekend. The host was not helpful regarding this matter, and it seems like the cleaning staff must have been aware since we arrived the window to that room was open and there was a bottle a Febreeze. Also, many of the lights didn't work and the overall condition wasn't great.

The home is beautiful but the kitchen was dirty (stained pans, dirty baking dishes, no sponge or basics available for BBQ such as Alluminum Foil. Dishes and utensils were so dirty we bought everything plastic the next day) and the sink was clogged. The 1st floor bedspread and shades were broken. Master bedroom was the only well kept room. Worst of all we had trouble getting into the house because the homeowner gave us the wrong code. It took us 1 hr to get in touch with customer service to retrieve correct Pink. This lock box system I thought was not such an easy process it could have been if they got the one thing right which was to give us the right code.

The outside of this home - and the décor inside - are beautiful. It was fairly clean. There were a few issues (not enough towels, no rug to step out onto in one bathroom; large stain on rug outside of laundry closet; about 25 open bottles of condiments etc in the fridge doors, so no room for ours). There is no closet nor any storage furniture like a bureau or chest of drawers in the double bed bedroom.

My family was in the area for our son's graduation and this house exceeded our expectations. We brought paddle boards with us and paddles the keys every day we were there. We used the fabulous BBQ to host a celebration dinner for our family and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room and comfortable sleeping. Beautiful patio to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. I didn't want to leave and told my friends, "I live here now". Thank you for a wonderful stay and a brilliant place to celebrate our son's achievement. Hope to be back!

House is as nice as the pictures! Beautiful flowers blooming, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, peaceful water view, awesome patio w fireplace. Great location to see Napa/Sonoma and all the surrounding areas in each direction. House shows a few signs of just normal everyday use-- but overall it was very clean & well stocked. Nice appliances! & large driveway can fit 3 vehicles. Highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful spot, but I had to take off a star for cleanliness and customer service. The master suite is gorgeous, with a great view. Other bedrooms are small but functional. The house itself was ver clean. However when we arrived the sand pit area was full of empty beer bottles and cigarette butts which we had to spend some time cleaning up, and even then I wasn't comfortable letting my baby crawl in it for fear of more butts and who knows what else. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the property manager didn't apologize for this after I told them about it, instead just saying "Thank you for your feedback. We will pass that along to our cleaning staff." Also I left my tripod there and they wanted to charge me to drive it to my friend's house who lives 8 minutes from the house. My family runs a vacation stay business and so I guess I'm harder on them than a normal person would be, but we would have apologized to our guests profusely for all the beer bottles and cigarette butts, and would have driven a few minutes to deliver a left-behind item free of charge. Those things seem like common courtesy to me. So they were "very professional", where professional=impersonal. Aside from that, great spot.

The house is in a great location. However when we arrived it was not very clean and the home is in need of maintenance. there was an ignored water leak that left the carpet in the hallway wet and a huge stain. about 1/3 of the lights In the house do not work and they did not provide enough towels for the number of people in our party. Upon arrival I immediately contacted the property manager to inform them of the big stain in the carpet, only to find out later it was from a water leak. once I discovered the leak I had to email the manager twice to get them to escalate the issue and get someone out to repair the problem. very unhappy with this property would not recommend.

Jun 2019Property was great! Waterfront was beautiful, close drive to San Fran, very accommodating. We had an amazing end to our week long coastal trip!
Few minor home maintenance issues; kitchen sink was leaking (we emptied the full overflowing bowl that was full under there & tightened it up & avoided using the left side) , canoe had a hole In it (we plugged it), few broken lights/lamps or stitches that didn’t work, could use a deep spring cleaning indoors & out.

Aug 2022Overall, this was a lovely property. Plenty of space for our group of eight. Kitchen was reasonably well-stocked although it didn’t seem to include a wine opener. The dishwasher door is dented, so the lower rack constantly falls off the track when you pull it out to load dishes, and we tried to just load without pulling the rack out.
There are signs all over the house warning that gatherings of any kind are prohibited and there are security cameras on the back patio. Violation of that rule is apparently grounds for immediate removal from the property. It was a little off-putting, as we felt discouraged from even having our two local family members over to join us for dinner, since we didn’t want to lose our rental. Perhaps some clarification as to what a “gathering” means might be helpful for future renters.
