Das Hotel liegt an der renommierten Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee und nur 5 Minuten von Disney World, dieses schöne Haus für 10 Personen und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer (alle mit eigenem Bad und Flachbild-TVs), ein Spielzimmer und eine fantastische Südlage mit Blick auf den See und der Nutzen von keinem Nachbarn. Dieses Hotel ist auch zu Fuß zu den fantastischen Clubhaus des Resorts (Spa, Fitness, Tennisplätze etc.) und Lagune-Stil Pool komplett mit Wasserrutsche.
Das Interieur dieses Anwesens wurde kürzlich (Sept. 2017) in einem zeitgenössischen Stil neu gestaltet. Die eindrucksvolle Eingangshalle führt in das Familienzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher, Sofas und Schiebetüren, die zum wunderschönen Pooldeck führen.
Es gibt eine große separate Küche, komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um zu Hause zu Hause mit einem Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mixer etc. Die Küche verfügt auch über einen großen Tisch und Stühle für 6 mit Blick auf die Vorderseite des Anwesens. Es gibt auch einen separaten formalen Essbereich mit Platz für 6 Personen.
Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer auf der unteren Ebene - 2 geräumige King Suiten plus ein Disney-Themen-Twin-Zimmer. Beide Master-Suiten verfügen über King-Size-Betten, Flachbild-TVs, Blick über den Pool und geräumige Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, WC und Dusche. Das Zwillingszimmer hat ein lustiges Disney / Mickey Mouse Thema zusammen mit einem TV und Spielekonsole. Es gibt auch ein Mickey-Themenbad mit Bad / Dusche direkt neben dem Zweibettzimmer.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett), beide mit eigenem Bad und Flachbildfernseher.
Treten Sie draußen auf die fabelhafte Südlage Pool-Deck mit einem privaten Pool und Spa mit Blick auf einen See und der Vorteil von keine Nachbarn Nachbarn. Das Pool-Deck verfügt auch über einen schattigen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen und Liegestühlen. Der Pool kann beheizt werden (optional extra) und hat einen Pool Sicherheitszaun für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Die Garage wurde in ein lustiges und geräumiges Spielzimmer mit einem hochwertigen Billardtisch und Tischfußball verwandelt.
Das Anwesen beinhaltet eine Packung & Spiel und Hochstuhl für Babys. Es verfügt über eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude, kostenfreies WLAN und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Bügeleisen / -brett. Es gibt Parkplätze auf der Einfahrt vor dem Grundstück für zwei Autos.

So close to everything Disney, along with gift shops, restaurants, and Walmart for convenient grocery pick up so I didn’t have to spend my vacation grocery shopping! We loved the pool and spa after a long day at the parks or on our days off. The beds are so comfortable. Was so convenient to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Jun 2018We had a fabulous time celebrating Mom's 80th birthday. The place was spectacular with plenty of room for all. The view from the patio was tranquil. The closeness to the parks was also a hit for the young adults among us. Matthew was the best host; patient and accommodating.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property. It was nicely furnished & clean. Thank you for making this trip a wonderful memory.

Feb 2018We enjoyed this house. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was close to Disney and very close to shopping and restaurants. It was a very good choice for us. The only negative was the situation with the pool and spa. Just be sure you have all the details about how the pool and spa work. It didn't seem to get warm enough. Feb 2021We enjoyed our stay. Right from the safety of the gated community, the cleanliness of the home, the added enjoyment of the pool, you name it everything was near perfect. Only issue I can think of is the oven wasn’t at accurate in cooking but it did the job for pizza. I was suggest opting for the pool heater during the winter months. This makes it so much nicer. Also the photos show red furniture in the living room. That has been moved to the game room. The living room furniture is nicer now. Thank goodness because I hate red! That furniture almost turned me off from booking the house. Glad I didn’t. The owner was very intuned with my questions and to prompt to answer. We traveled two adults two 11 years olds, 10 year old, 4 year old, and a 5 month old.
Only suggestions I could offer is spraying the grounds with mosquito spray, replace the oven, and get a recliner for us tired parents to rest our wearily legs upon after a long day at the park. Wonderful stay. I would recommend. Weiterlesen

Jun 2021This was my family first vrbo and when I tell you, this house was absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun with the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. I can tell they did some updating on the furniture, good choice! The beds are so comfortable!!! We slept well. Great location!!!!! We was literally 1min from Walmart and a host of restaurants. Matthew the owner of the house was pleasant to talk to and accommodated all our needs. Dec 2017This is our third time renting a home in the Windsor Hills resort. This home is great. The pool is south facing so it's mostly covered by the sun for the entire afternoon. The trees shade the sun a little at times, which is nice because you can just move to one side of the pool if you want a bit of shade.
The home itself is very nice too. We called Matthew twice during our two week stay. He responded immediately both times and he was great to deal with.

We had some relatives who live in Florida come and stay as well and they made their check-in and car registration a breeze. The house was clean and comfortable. Pool was used every day!! Aug 2021The location of this venue was great for a family. I was unhappy with a few things like the microwave not working, a dining chair being gone, and the couch being dirty. All were minor except it was a huge inconvenience not to have a working microwave with children. Having a bathroom in each room was likely my favorite part with a family. Weiterlesen

Mar 2019The location of this home made visiting the Disney parks very easy. The home is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware etc. There was nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. I especially appreciated the large washing machine. The manager of the property, Matthew, communicated with us immediately with any questions we had. Very nice to work with him. The community pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. Mar 2018The house was laid out well, organized and clean. We’ve been coming for a conference annually and will definitely check back to see if this house is available. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was the cleanest of any homes we’ve rented so far. Nice pool and spa (not super warm even with the heater) and in a great little community. Super close to a grocery store and everything else In Orlando.
Some possible concerns: It is close to other homes on the row so there is no backyard privacy, some hedges would be nice. You can hear your neighbors very well. The family next door had kids swimming till 11 and they were loud. There are also two trees that provide some shade to the south facing pool. Some people like the sun others do not so the abundant shade will either be a plus or negative. We would have preferred less shade in February.

May 2018The house was clean, a lot of space and the pool was awesome, after we paid the $75 for the pool to be heated. Matt, the property manager was great as well. BUT Our issue with this place is the security and the temp for the house. If you like for the house to be cool, I don’t recommend you stay here. They have a 75 temp limit, you cannot set the temp lower than 75 and on a hot Florida day, that’s not very cool especially for an upstairs where heat rises. Also, the security here is rude, not friendly and treat you like prisoners (really they do). Uber drivers refuse to come into the neighbor due to the rude security and it being known that you have to sit in a line for 30 minutes every time you come into the subdivision. We learned our lesson the hard way and I want to make sure others see that staying here isn’t worth the money or time you waste in security. It was ridiculous! I would not recommend staying at this place for anyone, the troubles we had were a burden on our trip and I would hate for someone to have to deal with security as many times as we did. You pay a lot for a place in this neighborhood and to be treated like a prisoner on vacation is no fun. I get it, they are doing their job but they can be nicer and friendlier especially when you have haven’t done anything wrong. We stayed here for 4 days and security has seen us 4 times a day. We are now aware of the security and will be staying elsewhere when we visit again. The line to security some evenings were all the way to the road. I recommend the same for you, save your time and stay elsewhere. This is my first ever bad review for anything but I feel as if I need to make others aware. Weiterlesen

We had a couple of slight issues and the manager was great, responded to emails very quickly and came to the house quickly. Pool was just gorgeous. Dec 2020Extremely comfortable beds, layout of the home was perfect for our party, but the highlight was definitely the hot tub and pool! Would recommend buying the heat for maximum use. The lake view out the back of the property was perfect, as we appreciated having that additional privacy. Also loved the game room that entertained our “boys” (all over the age of 17) for hours on end! Very easy to contact the property manager with our questions throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated! Perfect proximity to Disney, Disney Springs, and of course, Walmart! Had the best time and would have like to have stayed a week longer! Gave 4 stars for the overall property, as most of the door handles/locks to the bathrooms did not work properly.. Apr 2018Everything about our holiday was great. The villa was immaculate and well equipped. The pool was excellent and as the villa backs onto a lake it was fairly private.
The Windsor Hills estate is in a great location for all the theme parks ( All the Disney parks in 15 mins, universal in about 35 and we went to a basketball game in about 40mins). The grounds are kept very clean. The facilities are good - a good sized community pool , basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. All perfect for a family holiday. Weiterlesen
