Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss beherbergt ein Queen-Size-Bett, kleiner Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Sie werden auch eine in voller Größe HD Waschmaschine finden und im Obergeschoss Trockner.

May 2023We stayed here from Friday thru Monday for our daughters graduation from Plymouth State University. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a nice family dinner to celebrate. My favorite spot was the patio overlooking the Pemi river. It was so peaceful having my morning coffee listening to the water before everyone else got up. The location is absolutely perfect and you should definitely stay here!!!

Mar 2023The house was amazing and so close to the mountain, my kids skied the escape route at the end of the day and walked back to the house! Dave was an awesome host, communication was fast and helpful! We hope to be back next year!

Mar 2023This property was absolutely perfect for a ski getaway at Loon! The location could not be better and the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We had so much space to spread out and every amenity was taken care of. The hot tub was phenomenal after skiing all day, and my dog absolutely loved the trail hikes in the snow! Dave was flexible, gracious, and attentive to our needs. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!!!

Feb 2023We had a very nice couple of days staying with some friends and family. Place was very clean and good location to everything. Dave was very accessible and got right back to me if I had any questions. Only recommendation to the guests is that make sure you know the lockbox code before you are there. I was sent all this info but didn’t think to open it all up prior to arrival. This was a pain because the reception was spotty and I couldn’t pull the info up on my phone to get the code for the door. This was not the fault of the owner, just something I would recommend for visitors. They did have WiFi, I just had trouble pulling it up prior to signing in. So just write down the access code prior to arrival in case you get stuck In this situation. Otherwise great experience. Everything was well stocked and lots of extra blankets and pillows. We would definitely go back!

Feb 2023We enjoyed our time and hope to return next year! The condo was perfect for 4 adults/4 kids. Had everything we needed and ample space. Proximity to all that Lincoln offers was ideal. Ice Castles under 10 mins away!

Feb 2023Very beautiful place and nicely appointed with several books and games. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room. It was so cold that weekend, we were not able to experience the skiing aspect. Great location to downtown. We did not use the jacuzzi because it was so cold, but took a peek and it looked like it was hot and ready to go.

Jan 2023We loved our family ski trip and time up at Loon! This property accommodated everyone perfectly, including my husband, MIL, our four year old, infant, and two pups. Tons of extra beds and bathrooms! It was comfortable for everyone and had everything we needed during our stay! The fully stocked kitchen was awesome and made things easier. The location is ideal, down the street from the Pemi Base for easy acres to the mountain, nearby restaurants, as well as a grocery store for last minute items. Great communication with the owner, Dave! Check in was easy, and all directions and property info was clear and organized. Amazing stay! Thanks Dave!

Jan 2023This was the perfect rental for my family's ski weekend! It was very close to the South Peak base, easy to use shuttle to get over to the base and the townhouse was very nice. It was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely rent again!

Jan 2023What a great trip we had to Loon Mountain and the best part was this lovely townhome. It was perfect for the 7 of us, and we all had our own rooms and most of us had our own bathroom! The location was great, pretty much at the base of the Loon's South Peak. I can't wait to go back sometime soon. Thank you Dave!

Jan 2023The unit was excellent in every way. The unit was large with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The location was fabulous. Every detail was taken care of. The gas fireplace was very nice. We came to enjoy nearby hiking trails. We would love to stay again. Dave the owner was available and extremely easy to work with. Thank you!!

Easy to find, easy to check-in, easy to relax thanks to everything at the condo being perfectly set up and described in the provided instructions. Its in the perfect location - super close to downtown, nice walking paths, and the sound of the river right behind. Can't beat it. Would stay here again.

There is even a shuttle that leaves from the parking lot directly to Loon (great to avoid the long parking lines on a busy ski day) and just a few minutes from the conveniences of Lincoln. Dave is a very friendly and communicative host - we appreciated his flexibility with check in time as our plans evolved last minute. I'd highly recommend and would be glad to stay again!

Dec 2022This unit was perfect in every way. Location was ideal, close to loon mountain, stores, winery and brewery. Place was immaculate and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are large. It was relaxing to sit on deck and listen to river flowing. We plan to make this a yearly winter vacation. Dave was easy to reach and communicate with. We didn’t experience any problems during our stay but when I did reach out to him, he responded quickly. You won’t be disappointed.

Place was clean, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for us and the dogs. Will surely stay here again. Close to great downtown restaurants for dining and quick access to the Kanc for sightseeing and travel.

Sep 2022We stayed at this beautiful condo during the Highland games. Our host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions on the space and amenities. Everything was exactly as described. The bedroom were private and quiet. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We were all very happy and would be thrilled to stay in this space again.

Impeccable maintenance, wonderful new couches, still a fantastic cook's kitchen with so many pots/pans/dishes, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Appreciate the close proximity to so many restaurants in Lincoln. Highly recommend!

Aug 2022This property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with dishes, silverware, towels and linens. We loved hiking to the River to swim. Our dog was relaxed and comfortable in the home. Dave was a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely be booking again in the near future!

If you love the sound of the river and a very short walk to spend the day at the Pemi this is the place for you. Jun 2022We got family together for the long weekend. The owner was easy to communicate with and the housekeeper we met was super nice and informative.
4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths were perfect for 3 our couples and 3 teens. Even with rain, we enjoyed and hot tub and walking along the Pemiquisett. This part of the river is really nice!
Downtown is right around the corner. Plenty to do!
