Apr 2018We stayed at the house for Coachella - it was the perfect size for a party of 6. Everyone had beds and the place was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable weekend stay! The pool and jacuzzi are AWESOME!! Oct 2016We rented this property for the weekend while attending the Desert Trip music festival. Very nice, quiet neighborhood off the main strip, with scenic views of the hiking areas. It was absolutely perfect for our needs! Close proximity to the Polo Fields and just about a 10-15 min Uber ride away! The home is very spacious with 2 quaint bedrooms and one larger master bedroom. There is a shared bathroom with dual sinks and shower for the two smaller bedrooms and a large tub and separate shower in the master. There were 3 couples staying altogether, and not once did we feel cramped. At the front entrance of the home is the pool and jacuzzi. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but fit about 4 of us comfortably. Perfect for a dip to cool of from the desert heat! The backyard area is spacious and perfect for BBQing and dining. Adi made it clear that she was available if we needed assistance with anything, however the directions and tips she left us were so clear and amazing we had no need to reach out! We arrived the house was nice and cool which was great because it was 115 degrees the day we got there. Adi makes sure to provide you with detailed info on everything you need to know about your stay check in and check out.

Apr 2019We had a great time enjoying the pool and just hanging out with the kids and pets. We left the house one day to go hiking, but we’re happy just lounging around. Just about everything we needed was there. Kitchen was stocked with most basics to cook with and we brought our own groceries and laundry detergent. The area was quiet and peaceful. Jun 2018This home was perfect for our Memorial day getaway. We comfortably fit 5 adults and 1 child into the home and pool (which looks bigger in person than in pictures). Every room was a nice size, including the living room, and all the amenities were nice as well. It's also a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to the hiking paths.

Jul 2021This home was open and spacious, the rooms were large with comfortable bedding, the floor plan was perfectly designed for a stay-at-home getaway with friends, and the property management was attentive and very helpful. The house was mostly clean, all surfaces, beds, bathroom, but seemed like it could a really deep clean (walls, doors, fresh paint) but that’s it. Nov 2021House was well stocked with proper kitchenware. My family and I all agree all the beds are super comfortable and the large couch is very accommodating for a large family. We were able to enjoy the firepit, indoor fireplace, and jacuzzi during our 4-day stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to all my questions. During our stay we had some issues with the spa but the owner was responsive and quick to send the pool guy who had to come by 2x! My only complaint has to do with the extra fee for electric and gas use. We were given an "allowance" of $100 and we somehow exceeded this and had to pay an additional $69+. I know many other rentals are doing the same thing by adding this utility fee but it just feels like nickel and dime-ing us when we're already paying to rent the house. Shouldn't the rental include the utilities? Overall though, great place to stay. Weiterlesen
