Jun 2021What a beautiful property! The views are stunning. We took advantage of the kayaks and fishing right out the back door and even saw manatees and a dolphin. May 2021We loved the location of this property! We were close to the airport, Tarpons baseball field, restaurants, shopping, and much more! The property manager was awesome, accommodating, and responsive when we had an issue!! The view from the deck is amazing and so peaceful! We even saw a couple manatees! Oct 2021We can’t say enough about how amazing this home is! The sunsets were beautiful from the lovely balcony over the water. We took the kayaks out in the afternoon. The home was clean and spacious for our family. Family dinners were perfect in the dining room. We slept so well on the comfortable beds. May 2022We are still raving about our stay here! Location was perfect for our scouting nearby cities for our future home. We felt like it was the perfect oasis for my husband’s remote work. He works on west coast time so we had our mornings to kayak, fish and chill. He loved having access to chilling out in between calls and admiring the dolphin, manatee, sting rays, fish and bird watching.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even made hosting a few gatherings very easy!
We had perfect weather every single day we were there which we cherished dearly since we live in Seattle.
Tami was a phenomenal and extremely communicative and responsive host!
We can’t wait to come back!

Jan 2019This was the first time using VRBO and it went very well. We will definitely do it again. Tami's property was super nice and really was the highlight of the trip for us. So clean and well kept it exceeded our expectations! So many little things the home had made it really seem like home for the week. The view was awesome and the porch was so inviting and relaxing. Jul 2019This was our first time using Vrbo. The house was amazing and Tami was fantastic. The house was super clean and it was plenty of space for my family. We have an 18 year old and a 22 year old. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing. The property is beautiful and was so peaceful. I will definitely be back. It was close to the beach and all the attractions that we wanted to see. Mar 2021This was a perfect vacation experience! Home is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in every way. Very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of everything we needed. Tami was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful, without being intrusive. Location is amazing! We loved kayaking out the back door and saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and pelicans. The underwater green light was an awesome surprise for viewing big fish at night. Jan 2019This VRBO experience was our best yet! The house was super clean and the view was gorgeous! Our dogs were able to come on vacation with us and they absolutely loved it as well. We did not want to leave! All the places we wanted to visit were so close. The location of this rental, airport, and attractions make this the perfect rental. It is also off in a private location so you dont have to worry about a lot of noise or people coming around. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch overlooking the water.
Tami was so sweet and worked with me on changing dates and extending a day. If we ever come back to Tampa this will be the first place I would request again. Thank you again Tami for letting us stay here. It was a great vacation! Weiterlesen

Aug 2021This property was fantastic! Located in a very quiet, secluded area with the back terrace looking out to a peaceful waterway lined with mangrove trees. Saw wildlife daily, really enjoyed the use of the kayaks, and the relaxing on the terrace with a beverage & taking in the scenery (so different than Colorado!). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tami was wonderful to work with, accessible if needed, and kept us up-to-date on weather conditions during Hurricane Elsa. It was secluded, but yet all the conveniences were just minutes away and really not that far from the beaches around Tampa, Clearwater and even down to St. Pete’s. Thanks for a great experience! Mar 2019The property is located in a central location. It is about 30 minutes to the more popular beaches and shopping is literally minutes away. The home was very clean and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There are water views from every window and we especially enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck. Sep 2019The property is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the main living space is also very comfortable. You will especially enjoy the kayaks and paddle board that is available for your enjoyment. you can go visit the manatees that frequent the lagoon. We enjoyed our time on the property it was relaxing and we recharged our batteries. Our daughter is a UT student and we made the trip to UT in about 20 minutes. There are plenty of shopping and food places nearby with a fabulous Vietnamese restaurant that is amazing. There are so many great things about this place you will love it!
What could be better. The beds in the spare room that is off the main living area and connected to the garage are in need of replacement. In my mind bedding is one of the most important parts of a VRBO, they need to be top notch. People need a good nights sleep. The one other issue I found trying to sleep in that area was the odor. I couldn't tell if it was musty or possibly from things that are stored in the garage. (lawn chemicals possibly) I am very sensitive to smells (i have sarcoidosis) and asked about the space prior to coming to stay, as there was one review that mentioned it. I tried to alleviate the issue with increased ventilation in that area to no avail. Weiterlesen

May 2019The property is beautiful and well kept. The interior is very tidy, well appointed, and exactly as described. Had the best afternoon on the water with Captain Jack. He took us around to a few of the locals' favorite watering holes while pods of dolphins swam alongside us. The next morning, we watched a manatee quietly having his/her breakfast just a foot or two away from us. We really had a wonderful stay and would recommend it over any hotel. Then when they sent me info on how to get in once we got there they called it the apartment downstairs. I complained and told them the ad is misleading. Then they offered another place that was close and was in fact the whole house. That house was fine so in the end had a great time but the original ad should be changed Weiterlesen

Mar 2021My husband and I rented this property for an 8 day stay with our 3.5 year old and it was so great - we will definite book again when we're back in Tampa. The location could not be more convenient - so close to the airport, there's a Publix 3 minutes down the road, easy access to beaches and attractions - but when you get to the house it's like you're miles away from all that. The home looks out on a peaceful mangrove lined inlet, we watched the sun rise and set every day, kayaked, fished off the dock, and enjoyed meals out on the deck. We watched Osprey fish every morning, saw dolphins swimming in the water, it was awesome. The house is clean, well equipped, and peaceful. We got a quiet night's rest every night which is a MUST when you have a small child. 10/10 we were so happy to find this place. Weiterlesen

The home was exceptionally clean and well kept with great amenities (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, numerous bath towels, etc.) The views from the private balcony and master bedroom were stunning. Kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear were all available for use (kayaking on the canal was a blast!) Large Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
