Mar 2023Very few words could truly and accurately express the joy my wife, friends and I had staying in Sam and Debbie's home. I have stayed in many homes as I travel twice a month for work and pleasure. Never have I felt so welcomed, comfortable, and at home. The communication between our group and Debbie and Sam was beyond any expectations. They were quickly responsive and always willing to lend a helping hand. We did not have snow tires on our car and had a pretty heavy snow day our first night. Unfortunately we got stuck but Sam was immediately there to help us in the blistering cold. They were constantly gracious and made sure to check up on us to ensure our stay was comfortable. Essentially we were treated like family. The home is beautiful, quiet, and exactly as described. There were plenty of amenities, incredibly comfortable beds, and views that would render one speechless. We had such a fun time just being at home. The cabin is incredibly cozy, warm, and Sam and Debbie have tons of board games in the closet for those wintery nights. The only unfortunate part of our stay is that we were there 3 nights. I wish we had a minimum of one week in the home considering how much we loved it. I cannot recommend the home enough. It takes roughly 15 min to get into Downtown Bozeman and the drive along the way is stunning. Location is perfect as you have quick access but also the privacy of the mountains. Just wait until you see the pristine views. Thank you for making us feel so at home

Mar 2023We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was charming, clean, and roomy enough for our girls to each have their own room, as well as a spare room for us to use as an office in the mornings. The Wi-Fi worked well for streaming and for work. It was easy to get to Bridger Bowl and into town. It was so nice to stay somewhere where it felt like you were on vacation as opposed to a plain hotel room.

Mar 2023Our stay at Debbie and Sam's cabin was wonderful. We were in Bozeman for a four day ski trip at Bridger Bowl with family and friends.The cabin's decor was beautiful as well as unique with much of the work done by the owners. It was spacious ,comfortable , and probably the best equipped kitchen and home we've ever rented.
Debbie and Sam were so pleasant. In fact Sam had to help pull our truck from a snow bank.
We definitely will try to rent the cabin again.

Mar 2023We just spent a week here while visiting our son at Montana State. We were so sad to leave! Debbie and Sam were the most wonderful hosts we've ever encountered. The house is so spacious and the artistic decor (done by Sam & Debbie) is so unique & incredible! The location was perfect for us, close to campus and to Bridger Bowl. We cooked many dinners in the well stocked kitchen and slept soundly in the huge king size beds with comfy lines & blankets. The big stone fireplace was so cozy as we sat and watched the snow fall outside with deer coming and going. Truly Amazing! We hope to be back soon.

Feb 2023We absolutely loves this cabin!! All the attention to details was beautiful. We were there 8 days, with our daughter, son in law and 2 grandsons for 4 days and our son and daughter in law for the last 4. Communication with Debbie was wonderful and we even got to meet her while we were there. We will definitely remember this house for future travel to Bozeman.

Jan 2023Our stay at Candy Creek Ranch was perfect! The craftsmanship of the cabin, furnishings and details are second to none. Debbie and Sam went above and beyond with making their cabin the best vacation spot! We certainly look forward to visiting again!

Jan 2023Debbie and Sam were so warm and inviting. Their attention to every detail was amazing and their home had everything we could possibly need. The views were spectacular and we felt so at home and comfortable. If we needed anything, Debbie and Sam made sure we had it quickly, a great home to enjoy friends and family and we will certainly be back.

Dec 2022We spent Christmas at Sam and Debbie’s “Candy Creek Cabin,” located next door to their home in the Sypes Canyon area of Bozeman. The location was ideal - minutes from town but with a rural country feel at the base of the Bridgers with an incredible view. The cabin used to be their shop but has been remodeled into a lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bath home capturing rustic charm combined with comfortable, modern amenities. The creative decor is stunning. Beautiful rock and reclaimed wood work, interesting iron and metal fixtures and art done by the owners themselves. Sam and Debbie walked down to greet us personally, and they were so easy to communicate with directly via text prior to and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfy, there was a nice seating/tv area with cozy little wood stove. Festively decorated for Christmas, it was the perfect holiday setting. Highly recommend!

Dec 2022We had the most wonderful "worcation" in this extraordinary place. We loved everything in this house, but especially the fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the master bedroom. The house was big for two of us as we did not use other three bedrooms, but we still loved every corner of the house. We would love to go back and spend another worcation in this house.

Great place, very roomy and comfortable, great beds. owner very responsive to any questions/concerns and provided very helpful tips on getting around town. the owners live right next door, but you wouldn't know it, they respected our privacy, only drawback was they parked their car near the kitchen window/back patio and you would see them leave in their car.

We were visited by a MaMa Bear with two cubs and there were many deer and grouse on the beautiful grounds with fall colors in bloom🍁
Debbie and Sam, our host, were a delight!

We have stayed at several VRBO’s and even have one of our own so we know what people are looking for and Sam and Debbie have nailed it! We will definitely come back to this location.

The beds are very comfortable and the owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to return some day soon.

Jul 2022Let’s start in the beginning with the owner, Debbie. She reached out immediately and made me and my party welcome from the get go, even if it was a year in advance. As we got closer to our trip she reached out and was in constant contact with suggestions of things to do, where to shop, etc etc.
Upon arrival, my friends and I were blown away with the location and property. Property was clean and had everything you could need during your stay. We also got to meet the owner, while we were all sitting out enjoying the view. Very personable, and friendly.
Property is clean, inviting, and unique. Close to trails, skiing (for the winter), quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to enjoy the city.
Highly recommend. Our friends are talking about going back already.

Jun 2022Beautifully maintained property with great views of surrounding mountains. Cute bunnies , occasional deer and a llama down the road were fun for our toddler grandson to see. Beautiful artwork, fun and quirky kitchen and family room. Nice appliances and kitchenware. Comfy beds and linens. Sam and Debbie very communicative and friendly. Wonderful place to get a great taste of Bozeman Montana!

It is well laid out and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create meals for the family. If we return to the Bozeman area, we will definitely stay here again!

Jun 2022We had stayed before and it was great. Booked again in April when weather is in transition winter to spring. Due to winter blizzard we needed to reschedule. The owner refused to reschedule even though there were dates open in Oct, which VRBO statement was acceptable if owner agreed. The owner refused to move reservation to open days. Owner said any and all reservation adjustments must be 60 days prior arrival. Cabin was booked solid until Oct. which we accepted but owner would not. Greed is a ugly trait, we would have booked cabin multiple more times but will never book it again. The booking requires payment in full not just a deposit, we lost the payment for one week. I don't recommend booking unless you are willing to loose full amount or in middle of summer with no weather issues.

May 2022Debbie the host was so accommodating! The house is gorgeous and is set up and decorated with an upscale rustic vibe. It’s close to the airport and was close to target where we did a pick up order for some basics to have in case we wanted to cook in their nicely appointed kitchen. The views are so gorgeous and are out every window! King beds were very comfortable with hotel quality sheets and pillows . We were able to get all of our laundry done in the stackable washer and dryer. So that made coming up a breeze. Can’t wait to go back!
