Dieses Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Pillow-Top-Bett, einen 50-Zoll-Fernseher mit Doppelwaschbecken, eine Soaker-Badewanne, eine begehbare Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. 2. Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Bett 42 '' TV. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Fernseher mit Etagenbett und zwei Einzelbetten. 2. Bad hat begehbare Dusche. Das 3. Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche befindet sich in der Nähe des Pools hinter der Wohnmobilgarage. Water Softner + RO FLAT DRIVEWAY ist 60 'lang und RV GARAGE ist 69' NUTZBAR für Gäste mit 13'7 '' TALL Clearance. Regelmäßige Garage hat 8 'TALL DOOR und Garage ist 40' lang. Jun 2021We rented this house for our family to stay. It was very clean and well appointed. I loved the 70' RV garage. I was able to pull out boat and truck into it easily. The owners were very responsive with any questions and checking to make sure we had what we needed and how to work everything. This is a great home to rent for family or friends with a nice pool and spa. I would definitely rent here again.

Mar 2022We loved our stay in LHC. This property was immaculate and perfect for our family. Everything is top of the line. There wasn’t anything we needed that the owners hadn’t thought of. Jim and Linda were great to rent from and if there was any issue they took care of it right away. (Pool heat wasn’t set right one day and it was fixed within an hour of texting.) If I had to name one thing that is “negative” it would be that the back yard is right at the busy Highway and intersection. (We are from a rural area and not used to the noise.) It wasn’t awful and wouldn’t keep us from renting again. Highly recommend!

We would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering staying in Lake Havasu. And we look forward to going back again .

Sep 2021We brought my mother from within my life who wanted to meet with couple friends it will be sit in Arizona from another state like us but they are the owner did not allow us to receive the couple years for dinner or to talk a little bit so I think it’s just way too much restrictions

We had a great time with the family and the outdoor area came in handy since the first day was a little too windy for the lake. We would definitely stay in the future

Aug 2021This is the second time we stayed at this property. Some of the reasons we came back and will continue to come back is the RV GARAGE, this is a must if you have a boat. Because its a corner house it is super easy to back your boat into, also if you want to leave your boat and go to dinner it is secure. The next thing is the pool, super clean and awesome. With the back garage door open you can take dips in the pool while cleaning the boat!!! As for the house the pictures are all true, house is very comfortable and truly the best i have seen. The owners are amazing, very easy to communicate with. We will be back.

Jun 2022This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners are great to communicate with. The house has everything you need. Beautiful back yard and an awesome garage and rv garage. I can back my F350 crew cab long bed with our 30’ Magic boat attached easily and not have to disconnect. This property will not disappoint.

Sep 2020The house was great! Nicely furnished, and had everything we needed to cook a few meals there instead of going to restaurants. The oversize garage was perfect for parking truck and boat trailer, along withbour friends' cars indoors, away from the sun and heat. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day on the lake.

Feb 2021Stayed here last year and came back again. The month flies by in warm and sunny Lake Havasu City Az. Located close to gas station and maybe 2 miles to nice grocery store.It is maybe 7 minute drive to the flea market on Sunday morning by way of London Bridge road along the river. And 1/2 mile from the desert to take the side by side out exploring. Plenty of room with three bed rooms , and the three baths, grill by the pool for grilling. Like the large RV garage for parking the enclosed trailer in and Side by Side, the pickup in the other garage stall.Kitchen has all the essentials ,as do the bedrooms and bathrooms.Nice to sit in the sun in the morning and watch the water sparkling in the pool, especially when it would be white blowing snow back in cold Iowa.

Jun 2020Our trip to tahoe got cancelled last minute so we decided to go to Havasu. Jim was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Their home was beautiful and clean and looked just like the photos and the backyard was gorgeous as well. The garage was spacious and perfect to place our boat and trucks. It was a prime location approximately 5-7 minutes away from the Windsor launch ramp which is our favorite place to launch the boat. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to it!!
