May 2023What a peaceful and serene weekend in Deer Valley Resort! We loved our five night stay at the property. We had everything we needed - plentiful supplies in the kitchen, comfy beds in all the bedrooms, and space to enjoy the family time with our UofU graduate, our younger son, my husband and I, and our mothers. My MIL, who uses a walker, was able to get around the property easy, with a maximum of three stair steps to travel up/down. Communication with our host was easy. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and so relaxing with its beautiful view of the large pond. We didn't use the BBQ but did notice a spare propane tank off to the side of the hot tub. The view of the mountains from the living/dining room as well as the patio/hot tub area was stellar. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Mar 2023The location is perfect for a ski vacation in Deer Valley. The private shuttle to the mountain makes life easy. The hot tub is the best way to end a day on the mountain. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Boot and glove dryers were appreciated. Condo management were easy to get a hold of and checkin/out was simple.

Feb 2023This property was absolutely perfect for our young family and grandparents. The condo could not be a better location. 3 min. to the base of Deer Valley and 5 min. to downtown Park City. The interior was a great layout and the property was well furnished with everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Deer Valley!

Jan 2023My husband, myself and our two adult sons had a fantastic week! This was by far the most convenient and well laid out ski house we’ve ever rented. The shuttle to Snow Park Lodge was great. We never waited longer than 5 minutes after we called for them, and it was easy to catch a bus to downtown from Snow Park. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. The kitchen was very well-appointed. It had everything we needed and then some! The hot tub was perfect. The gas fireplace was awesome! No messing with wood or ashes. Just push a button on the remote and dial up the height of the flame to your liking! Barb was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Dec 2022We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was our first time at Deer Valley and not being in a ski in/ski out property made us a bit nervous. The shuttle to Snow Basin lodge picked up right outside our driveway. It was called using the Deer valley ap and was always there within 10 minutes. It was just a quick 5-10 minute drive to parking on Main Street in Park City. The end unit townhouse is incredibly quiet and the hot tub on the deck was a perfect end to a day of skiing. We had two families with children aged 9-16 (4 adults, 6 kids) and had no trouble with everyone finding their own space to enjoy! We will definitely be coming back.

Aug 2022We had a great stay at this property. There's a lot of space for sleeping inside and the hot tub/patio has a great view of a nearby pond. Property was clean and well appointed. Would stay there again in the future!

Aug 2022This was an end condo which was nice. It had tons of amenities and it was a perfect location. It was a nice bike ride into the village or around the pond. It was 2 miles to the ski resort for mountain biking and only 6 miles to Olympic park. As a family we rented side by sides in heber and also did the river float down the provo only about 20 miles away. The condo was perfect and accommodated my family and kids. We rode bikes in the evening and saw so much wild life and even a big old moose. We made dinners at home and sat in the back patio with the perfect views of a pond. It was very peaceful and quite. The HOA restrictions are very real. We had some neighbors complain with the garage open due to the bikes and kids coming and going. The rules were not difficult to follow although they did contact us regarding the open garage. It was a beautiful place and would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone wanting the quiet nature break from the city.

Barb was easy to get In touch with and very receptive. This will definitely be a repeat vacation! I would recommend this house to family and friends traveling to Utah.

Apr 2022This is our 2nd year to stay in this property-our family loves it! It’s very convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. It sits on a small lake and has a wonderful view of one of DV’s ski runs. Owners are fantastic to work with and are extremely responsive.

Feb 2022We loved everything about this place including the common areas, the hot tub, the accessibility to the slopes and to Park City itself. Communication was really good. We would stay here again.
Only thing we would recommend is that they would add the details of the deer valley shuttle into the renters book. The shuttle was so so convenient and made our skiing in and out really easy. Should be highlighted in the details that new renters see because we didn't hear about it until we talked to another renter of a different place.
That being said, again the place was really great!

Highly recommend getting a car if you want to do anything other than go to base and back. Overall a very good place to stay for a ski vacation.

Jan 2022My wife and I and two daughters (15 and 13) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and close proximity to Deer Valley and the convenient on call shuttle to the base. This end unit offers privacy and great views of the mountains and pond and everything you need for your ski vacation. Good mix of very comfortable rooms/beds for grown-ups and teenagers and a bunk bed room if you should need it. Barb was fantastic at providing info before the stay and quickly responding to the only question I had during the trip. Highly recommend. Also, try the Bolognese at The Brass Tag restaurant down the street. You won't regret it.

Feb 2021Loved the space and kids room. Was great having a large hot tub. Had to fix a few things myself on arrival but luckily I knew what I was doing. Would stay there again. A little on the pricey side but might get more people to pitch in to split up the cost. The renting process was very simple.

We saw deer on several occasions in this neighborhood community. We would absolutely come stay here again!

Oct 2020We loved our stay here and enjoyed the beautiful view. The fall leaves were amazing and we enjoyed the ducks in the pond. We also were thrilled when a moose swam through the pond and we all got to watch him swim to the other side. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We would love to return someday.

Aug 2020THE CONDO IS JUST AS DESCRIBED. 4 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS. PLENTY OF SPACE FOR OUR LARGE FAMILY. THE KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED, EVEN SOME SPICES FOR COOKING. BRING ICE, THERE IS NO ICE MAKER BUT ICE TRAYS. THERE ARE SOME STARTING SUPPLIES, WE DID HAVE TO PURCHASE SOME TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWELS FOR OUR STAY, BUT WE WERE EXPECTING THAT.
LOVED THAT IT WAS TUCKED AWAY IN A PRIVATE CORNER OF A BEAUTIFUL SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. IT FEELS LIKE A MOUNTAIN RETREAT WITH PINE TREES AND ASPENS. WE LOVED SITTING OUT ON THE BACK PORCH OR LAWN AND ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFUL WEATHER, POND, AND DUCKS. THE HOT TUB WAS AN ADDED BONUS WE ENJOYED IN THE EVENINGS! THERE ARE WALKING PATHS TO WONDER ON. NEAR BY IS DEER VALLEY SKI RESORT. AND ANOTHER POND WHERE FISHING IS ALLOWED ALSO PADDLE BOARDING AVAILABLE. WE WALKED TO ALL.
PARK CITY MAIN STREET IS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD, YOU COULD EVEN WALK THERE BUT IT IS A LITTLE BIT FARTHER. WE ARE MOUNTAIN BIKERS SO THIS WAS A PERFECT LOCATION TO COME AND GO FROM MANY OF THE TRAILS. STARTING AT THE TOP OF GUARDSMANS PASS IS OUR FAMILIES FAVORITE.
