The backyard is a dream with the built-in bbq kitchen. We very much enjoyed this amenity. Loved the rec room with the pool table! The pool and spa are fabulous additions to the Arizona climate. Everything was placed beautifully ,From the master suite on the back side of the house with a private grandparents escape door LOL ,To a front porch to sit in the cool and a side porch to sit in the morning sun . Everything was perfect from the placement of outside palms (even a lemon tree) !! The the pool was great, hot tub for adult time play pool for kids !!! The wet bath for changing suits and towels is genius ! This was a perfect COVID free vacation!! The bedrooms are small but big enough. A Great spot for our RV to park too since our plan was not to stop in public restrooms. Thank you for the Lysol spray you provided too. We felt very comfortable even though we cleaned the space when we arrived with disinfecting wipes it was not necessary, but gave us peace of mind . The house was very clean.
I loved that there was room for all 10 of us to watch TV and cook. Very kid friendly !!Not too fancy so we had to worry. We loved the adult areas too like the pool table.

Apr 2021We hit the jackpot finding Mary's home. Everything you could need on vacation was available. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need, game room, pool just the right temp and outdoor patio! We can't wait to stay here again.

Jan 2021We had so much fun here! The weather was cooler so we heated the pool and were able to swim every day! My kids loved it! There was a pack n play for my baby. We splurged to stay here and it was worth it! All the beds were comfortable 👍🏻

Aug 2022We had a great time with 6 adults and 3 children, in this four bedroom home. Everyone had space and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was a TV in every room when we weren’t too busy swimming. Host was pleasant and available with any questions we had. The pool and spa was perfect for all, especially the 5 year old because of the large Baja shelf she could stand on. Outdoor kitchen was a bonus. We normally try different places every year, but if we go back to Havasu we will definitely use this home again.

Oct 2020We finished up the last leg of our honeymoon here for a few nights, and we’re very happy with the property. We had our parents to join us for the last couple nights and have great access to your downtown as well as boat rentals. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and nice, and easy to use. Will definitely be coming back

House was extremely clean with generous amounts of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes etc. Well appointed home and kitchen and open concept made it perfect for lounging, socializing, playing games and playing pool/darts while decompressing from a day on the lake. Backyard is really beautiful and made for a great place to hangout during the day or after dinner. Pool is perfect temp and lots of great lounge chairs and seating. Mary is incredibly responsive and has set up a seamless/frictionless check-in and check-out process. It was definitely a great vacation/getaway for our whole family amidst all of the real life Chaos and we will definitely be back! Would absolutely recommend!

Mar 2022This property is clean and has a wonderful pool and spa! Beautiful back yard on a large corner lot with plenty of space away from other homes. Pool table and outdoor kitchen were fun to have! Plenty of outdoor patio furniture, pool toys, towels! All the things that we needed! 4 bedrooms with plenty of room in the house. Located within 10 min to London Bridge area, restaurants and shopping. The pool can be heated and felt great! Don’t be afraid to spend some money on propane to heat the pool… so worth it! Mary was easy to reach and responded quickly when we did have questions! Great place to stay and we would totally stay here again!

Feb 2021This is a VERY nice home that is very well maintained. If you're looking for a place to plunk down for a lake visit OR passing through as we were, you can't go wrong with Mary's home. It is truly one of the most visually appealing homes in the area, has fun things to do throughout and we truly had a great relaxing and recharging time inside and outside the property. Communication was VERY timely and helpful. The home is well stocked. TVs could use an upgrade to SmartTVs or have a Roku or Chromecast added for streaming apps, otherwise it's a flawless stay for sure.

Sep 2020This home provided everything our family needed. We celebrated 2 of our grandchildren’s birthdays while we were there. The Baja deck in the pool was perfect for the younger ones. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. A wonderful week for us all!!!
