Befindlich in Steamboat Springs, dieses attraktiv ganzes haus für EUR 659 pro Nacht ist ein großartig Auswahl für Ihr nächstes Reise. Weil Lage Angelegenheiten, wir begrüßen Sie auf Trails Rand. Egal, ob Sie planen, einen Tag der Champagne Powder Skifahren im Winter oder Wandern und Mountainbiken im Sommer, ist alles, was Sie tun müssen Schritt aus der Tür. Wählen Sie das Skifahren auf dem Berg Basis über den rechten A-Way-Piste (leicht grün Lauf) oder machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang bis zum Thunder Aufzug, um den Gipfel des Berges für "ersten Tracks" zugreifen. Die Pisten machen große Wege zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und sogar eine Runde Disc-Golf auf dem 19 "Loch" natürlich während unserer herrlichen Sommermonaten. Unsere Plattformen sind ein großartiger Ort zu beobachten Heißluftballons über dem Tal steigen, den Blick auf Mt Werner und das Skigebiet Steamboat und natürlich unsere schöne Bergsonnenuntergänge. Mit dem neuen hinaus ist das Deck größer und verfügt über einen Gas-Grill und Sitzecke.
Nach einem Tag draußen Spaß, zurück zum Haus für einige Zeit um sich zu entspannen. Genießen Sie ein Bad im Whirlpool, einen Film ansehen oder Ihre Lieblings-Ballspiel auf dem großen TV-Bildschirm, spielen Sie eine Partie Tischtennis oder entspannen Sie mit einem guten Buch und warten auf den Sonnenuntergang - Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Ihre Gruppe kann eine tolle Mahlzeit in unserem neu renovierten Küche mit Top-Modell der Jenn-Air Herd / Backofen verfügt vorzubereiten. Der offene Grundriss wird jeder einladen, für Essen und Unterhaltung rund um den Speisesaal und Frühstücks-Bar mit zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen im Solarium zu sammeln.
Wenn Sie bereit sind, nennen es eine Nacht, bieten wir 5 Zimmer, die 14 schlafen. Neben den Schlafzimmern ist eine neu gestaltete Queen + Schlafsofa von amerikanischen Leder, die Komfort für 2 in der oberen Ebene Solarium verspricht. Die untere Ebene Schlafzimmer dient auch als TV / Hobbyraum und verfügt über Akkordeon Türen für die Privatsphäre. Es gibt 5 Bäder, 2 neu mit diesem Jahre hinaus und die anderen 3 mit Updates und für die 2014/15 Saison abgeschlossen Umbau.
Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist charmant, der Innenstadt von Steamboat Springs. Gefüllt mit einer Fülle von fantastischen Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es ist ein großartiger Ort, um einen Tag oder Abend zu verbringen. Achten Sie darauf, Howelson Hill besuchen, wo viele US-Olympioniken trainieren für Nordic Skispringen. Oder haben Sie etwas Spaß von Ihren Selbst mit Snowtubing im Winter und Reiten der Sommerrodelbahn im Sommer, mit einem Eis-Arena, nur wenige Schritte die Straße hinunter.
Es gibt 3-4 Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Während der Schneesaison unsere Straße '4 WHEEL DRIVE "bewertet. Es sind keine Lieferungen mit UPS und FedEx in diesen Monaten. Wir empfehlen dringend, 4-Rad-Fahrzeuge nur in dieser Jahreszeit. (Ja, der Schnee ist so gut!)

Apr 2023Pictures don't do this home justice! There is so much space across three floors that our group felt at ease, and plenty of space for people to group off for relaxing with gorgeous view on every floor. There are multiple lounging areas two living rooms, and two solariums. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals (breakfasts, dinners) even included rice cooker, blender and coffee grinder! Owner was very welcoming and gave us a tour upon arrival. Location was literally ski in/out and we enjoyed watching the skiers down below. Highly recommend for your trip!

Apr 2023This was the absolute perfect home for my partner and our blended family of 8! From 24-13 years old all kids had a space and loved the home. The views are amazing, could not be easier to ski in and ski out! The owner was very easy to communicate with!

Jan 2023This home is ideally situated on a main ski trail on "The Mountain" at Steamboat. Beautiful views of Yampa Valley from practically every window, plus activities on the slopes, made for unforgettable memories. Home was clean, spacious, and arranged beautifully for our group to have both private time as well as whole group activities. Easy access to slopes, hot tub and padded stairs were among the many concessions to weary skiers after an exhilarating day on the slopes!

Dec 2022Fantastic house with a prime ski in/ski out location. Todd was an excellent host and was quick to respond if there was anything we needed. We had a small group for a house this size, but we intend to go back with more friends next time. Note.. If you have infants/toddlers, baby gates would be a good idea, as there are lots of stairs and wide railings.

Sep 2022This house is a great base camp for large groups. We had a group of 10 people. There is lots of space for people to spread out. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped! We would definitely stay here again.

Aug 2022The house was amazing, everyone in my group loved it! The host was great at staying a few extra minutes during the initial walk-through and suggesting things to do and recommending fly fishing spots.
The house is owned by the family who built it in the 80's so you get the "home away from home" feeling.
The only suggestion I would make is to have ceiling fans in some of the main rooms. Maybe it was the hottest week of the year and not usually needed, but it did get very warm in the house, even when using the "Mountain Air Conditioning" method that was recommended in the manual. Overall a great stay and we will stay there again!

Jul 2022We rented this house for a large family get together and it was the perfect home for our stay. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the direct access to hiking trails was perfect for the children. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Mar 2022Fantastic stay! Our age range was 10yrs - mid 50s. Everyone loved the house and Todd was a superb host. They location is perfect. We even had a few ski instructors willing to bring the kids to the house after lessons which made life very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Sep 2021Plenty of room for all of us to be together. With the three floors plenty of room for all to have their own space. Todd was an attentive host meeting us at the door and shared information about the property including Bear information. Somehow he managed to have the Moose pass by during our dinner a on the deck.
