Mar 2023This property was perfect for my family's short ski trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is conveniently located to the town lift, and a very short walk to Main Street. The owners, Cherie and John, were kind and accomodating. And if you stay here, you will get 30+ inches of fresh snow like we did - I guarantee it! ;)

Jan 2023Homeowner had no Manila and insisted on meeting to explain simple wood stove and hot tub. Then said, ‘Be respectful. This is a two million dollar house. ‘ This insulted me. I’m always respectful. Then the spouse came over unannounced and startled us. Banging around on the porch. He also man-splained to me how to take care of my kids. All wrong and negative. Very small. Dangerous steps. Toilet flooded.

Dec 2022This home was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on vacation. Home owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to shops and skiing. The pictures on the listing did not do this home justice. It was great. Perfect for a small family with pets.

Oct 2022This property is everything it purports to be. It is a beautifully restored home built in 1891. It has all the modern conveniences + a touch of whimsy, yet maintains historical charm. Location is fabulous with short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Owner was more than responsive with ideas for dining and sightseeing. This is a pet friendly community as is the property. Having said that, one would not know a dog ever set foot into this house!

Aug 2022Cherie and John's house is everything a VRBO should be--well appointed, in a great location with a parking space and dog friendly besides. Cherie and John are v. pleasant to deal with and provided the best-equipped kitchen we've seen in a VRBO.
The house is in central Park City, an easy walk to everything Old Town provides. If you're a mountain biker, it's a v. easy roll to the trailheads at PCMR. (There's also an advanced trailhead at the other end of the street: be aware it's a steep and rocky initial climb.)

Jul 2022This is a lovely home in the old part of Park City. It is walking distance to all the sights and entertainment that is provided downtown.
The home is extremely comfortable and everything is very well organized by the owners. "There is a place for everything and everything is in it's place!"
Run, don't walk or you will miss out on this Park City Gem.

Feb 2022First and foremost, Cherie and John are wonderful owners. They reached out as soon as we booked the property and kept in touch before, during and after.
The cottage itself is perfectly located about 4 blocks from historic Main St in Park City, UT and 2 blocks from the Park City town ski lift.
It’s a beautiful home. Very cozy and beautifully appointed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in.
The pictures of this property are accurate and I would even say that the inside of the cottage is a little bigger than depicted. It’s perfect for a couple of even a group of 4. The bathroom is small but very well thought out and the shower is quite roomy.
Everything on the property was incredibly clean when we arrived.
We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.
We highly recommend stay here!

Jan 2022I was looking for a very cozy and dog friendly mountain getaway to relax in but also take in all the magic Park City has to offer. Cherie completely delivered- this is the most charming and cozy little house and in the absolute best location. I could walk to Main Street with my little Frenchie as well as walk to the town ski lift and then come back and enjoy the hot tub or sit by the fire and read or watch a little tv- the cozy details in this house did not go unnoticed— I can tell a lot of love has been placed into the architecture and decor. hands down I would stay here again as I fully intend to come back to park city! Thanks Cherie for giving my Frenchie Ariel and I the key to the best time!

Jan 2022This lovely home was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk to downtown and the town lift. We have stayed other places before but this was by far the best location and just a great home overall. Cherie and John were fabulous hosts. Stay here if you get the chance!

Oct 2021This comfortable, clean, cozy house is one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in. Easy check-in and check-out. The owners are so helpful and friendly and have great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was a plus. Enjoyed the fireplace too. Would definitely return.

Oct 2021Great location for a long weekend getaway (or longer), located just up off of Main Street, easy to walk to restaurants/shops, hiking/mountain biking trails, lovely and safe neighborhood. The home has good space, high ceilings, comfortable furniture, a cute backyard with a great hot tub. We brought our small dog and had a great time walking and hiking the local trails. The owner was incredibly nice, gave us a personalized experience, and checked in with us -it's clear they truly care about providing a fantastic experience for their guests.

My wife and I spent a week here with our Welsh Terriers on our annual working vacation (work from home mixed in with a lot of hiking). There are a ton of hiking trails around Park City and the early Fall is great for seeing the changing colors.
The house was the perfect size for us. It has all the amenities including fast internet and full cable TV package. There is a beautiful garden around the private back patio and a nice hot tub. The furniture is all comfortable, especially the master bed! The house is steps away from the north end of the downtown Park City scene. So much to do close by!
The owners are a very nice couple and they responded quickly when we contacted them. I highly recommend this property and we plan on staying here again next year.

The Owner met us upon our arrival & gave us the details on the house & we’re very accommodating to our needs! We just live in Salt Lake so come to PKC often & this has been our best stay yet! Highly recommend!

Pet friendly, A/C, walkable location close to downtown shops and restaurants, big fluffy king bed, screaming fast WIFI, hot tub, BBQ . The hosts, John and Cherie couldnt have been more helpful with restaurant suggestions and even let us adjust our dates to avoid a very crowded events in town. Hope to return again to this little gem in a wonderful historic neighborhood.

Just the right distance to Main Street…easy walk but quiet at night. Owners were friendly and responsive while respecting our privacy. Nice back patio and hot tub for relaxing.

Feb 2021The house is very cozy and comfortable and the location is great, very short walk to the slopes. Hot tub is really nice after a hard day skiing The owners are wonderful and made our stay incredibly easy. They even found a notebook charger for us when we forgot one.

Feb 2021We had a wonderful time staying at this property in downtown Park City. We had our doodle with us and the owners were very accommodating, dog park a short walk down the street made it perfect for our active pup. The house was in great condition and master bed very comfortable. All the amenities in the kitchen we needed to cook there. To ski it is just a short walk up the street to ski down to the town lift. Main street was a couple blocks and we loved walking down for coffee/breakfast, to dine at restaurants, and take the dog for a walk around the city. Hot tub was fantastic and private even with the close together homes of downtown. We love Park City and would definitely stay here again!
