Apr 2022We enjoyed our stay, but I found the TV to be very frustrating. I could never figure out how to get normal news channels, and when I did find one, it crashed after a short period of time, as I was only entitled to a preview. I may have missed them, but I didn’t see any instructions on how to make the television workable. Overall however a very positive stay.

Jan 2022Very nice place! Super stylish and clean! Great location, close to so many fun things! Parking spot is very tight, we had to remove our thule to get in but it was worth it!

Dec 2020To be honest at first glance I was a little nervous. The pictures did not show the outside of the home and I see why. It's not too appealing so that would definitely make people second guess. The unit is located at the very end so be careful at night. The parking is tight, but it wasn't bad at all and we had an mid size suv. The inside definitely was not cleaned so not sure why the cleaning fee. Very dusty and floor was dirty enough to be displayed on our socks. The upstairs balcony must have not be used in years because it needed a serious sweep and wash. We ended up going to target to get cleaning supplies. The kitchen had knats that ended up in living room so a little too much swatting. The kitchen was nice, but appliances looked old so definitely was not going to cook. The beds were comfortable so that was a plus. Location is great as well, but for price I thought it would have looked better and been more clean. If you are use to middle/luxury places this is not it.

Nov 2022This property was perfect for our family vacation to Hollywood. It was walking distance to everything wanted to do. The included parking was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place!

Sep 2022This property is 2 blocks from Hollywood Blvd and a 1.3 mile walk to the Hollywood Bowl. Overall the neighborhood is a little gritty, but the inside of this property was nice and comfortable. It was perfect for our girls trip. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. There are 2 parking spaces available in the building’s garage which was a big bonus. The only issue is it’s difficult to exit onto the driveway. I scraped my SUV leaving— prob would be better in a sedan or compact car.

Apr 2020This is a rare find. A spacious well planned Sanctuary contained in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse that’s literally 5 minutes slow walk from the most famous and iconic block of a top 10 worlds most recognizable street name.

Jan 2021This house was in the perfect location and perfect for all of our needs! It was more beautiful than pictured. We loved the balconies, beds were comfortable, shower had perfect pressure. It was very clean and beautiful inside. The host was super nice and accommodating. There is so much to do in California outside, that we still had an incredible time going during the coronavirus. We just brought our masks, hand sanitizer and wipes everywhere. The hollywood walk of fame is on the NEXT STREET on hollywood blvd - it was so cool getting up to walk over to get coffee and see the stars right there where the Oscars take place! Along hollywood boulevard there is an opening where you can clearly see the hollywood sign! You can walk around in this area and up the stairs to get a good picture. Having a parking spot in the gated garage was super convenient and rare for Los Angeles. I'm glad we rented a car, because we drove all over and almost everything was less than 30 minutes and always a scenic ride. Universal city overlook is only a few miles away and offers a nice view of the city. We went by car once during the day and once at night and it was great both times because at night you see all the lights and during the day you see everything. Baldwin hills scenic overlook offered really awesome views of the mountains and the cities and is 6.9 miles away from the house. We went there on the way to check out the urban lights which are really cool to see at night! We drove to compton, saw the watts towers and ate at Roscoe's. One of my favorite parts was going to the art district by 4th st and seeing all the beautiful murals and artwork around there on the buildings. We went to the venice beach boardwalk, saw the Santa Monica pier, and drove to malibu beach, which was beautiful. The drive there was even beautiful. We went to the universal citywalk and got some voodoo donuts that were delicious! Checked out the Fresh Prince of Bel Air house and Beverly Hills, however they had the Beverly hills sign covered unfortunately. I wish we couldve gone to the comedy store and saw some comedy but it was closed so we were only able to see the outside and take a picture on the way to Beverly Hills. We had an amazing time and would definitely book this house again when we go back to LA.

Feb 2020The owner was very professional. Obtaining the key and checking in was very efficient and no hassle. Checking out was equally painless. The house was fantastic and the neighbors were super nice. I would stay again for sure!

Nov 2022The location of this property couldn’t be better if you are looking to stay right in Hollywood ! We felt quite safe as the complex is gated.
The house had a coffee maker and stocked with coffee and sugar which we appreciated with our late arrival
The beds were comfortable
Could use a detailed clean…it was clean but not as thoroughly as I personally would have liked it ? But maybe I’m just very particular
Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay :)

Dec 2022The location is within walking distance of the Hollywood strip, with plenty to see and do within walking distance of the apartment. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our requests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Feb 2020PERFECTLY located for a trip to
Hollywood!
This place is walking distance from all the best locations. Not only is it right off Hollywood Blvd, I felt very safe while I was traveling there with my daughter and a few other women. There’s even a couple parking spots located inside the private parking garage.
The place was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!
Highly recommend :-)

Laurie was a great host and provided a number of fantastic recommendations for things to do and see while we were there. Separate shout out to Sidecar Donuts that Laurie recommended. Definitely worth a visit.

Jan 2022Perfect location for everything. We did tourist things and night life the few days we were in town. I rented a car and found it easier to walk or take uber because everything was so close. Nice apartment friendly neighbors. My only issue was that it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Prior to my visit I asked for a bloom, mop, and disinfectant supplies. When I arrived there was no broom or mop and the disinfectant cleaning supplies where off brand. Nothing I trusted to kill Covid or any germs for that matter. The master bedroom floor didn't seem to have been mopped in a while it was very dusty and so was the closet. So dusty that if something were to fall on the floor it would be full of dust when you picked it up. The other thing was the master bathroom shower water pressure was low. I felt like I had to take extra-long showers to feel clean. Other than that it was great. I would stay here again. Also I should mention the host was very responsive and I do believe if I had told her about the cleaning issue she would have resolved it. I just was busy enjoying myself I didn't have time to complain.

It is directly across from The Roosevelt Hotel and a block away from Hollywood Blvd. The area does not feel glamorous but the house is secured behind a locked gate. We did the Grand Hollywood Tour (booked on Viator) and the pick up location was a 10 minute walk. At the end of our day, we came back for a premier of Jurassic Park at the Chinese Theater (3 minute walk!).
The house is spacious. There was the smell of an older house, one of the only critiques I have. It is a modern space, open and the 3 bedrooms worked nicely for us.
Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to experience Hollywood by staying near the action.

Mar 2022I traveled from New York to the property with my three kids . The location is literally in the Ghetto . The property is dated and not clean . I stayed 20 minutes and left the same day as check in . I spent hours in the phone with the Vrbo and the host to try to get my money back . I have not received any money back yet . I needed up booking a hotel for the entire vacation . I would not recommend this property .at all .
