Schwimmen Sie im Pool und entspannen Sie sich im Whirlpool (gegen Aufpreis wird es beheizt), während Sie am Gasgrill in der eingebauten Insel mit 4-6 Sitzplätzen grillen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt gibt es keinen Zaun um den Pool, aber wir planen einen Zaun zu installieren.

Apr 2023The home was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Communication was easy. The pool water was perfect. Plenty of room for outside time and inside meals together. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use. We loved every minute there. Will definitely go again!

Apr 2023We had a great time staying at the property. We were there for a golf weekend and the host was so gracious and helpful. We would stay at this property again when visiting in Arizona.

Mar 2023Generally, I don’t do surveys, but Christine was so accommodating with all our requests, from golf course to restaurant information she was always prompt and cordial, that I wanted to thank her. If you stay in Arizona in the Winter and want to use the pool you really need to have it heated and again Christine was willing to accommodate us. We enjoyed the stay and all the extras she provided.

Dec 2022Lovely property, Christine was available to answer all questions. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and well kept. Had all cooking utensils needed and more in this home. Lovely area for chilling in the back yard.

Nov 2022The house is very spacious. Beds are comfy. Lots of bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen. Great dish option with lots of channels. Kids loved having a tv in their room!! Pool and hot tub were great and owners are great with keeping it heated to a perfect temperature. We had a great time and will return.

May 2022We had a great time staying at Christines. The home was very well stocked and spacious. Super close to the NFL stadium. Grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance. And the kiddo had a great time in the pool.

Apr 2022Loved the property! It had everything we needed! The pool and backyard were a perfect place to retreat after a day of hiking or biking! Close to restaurants and stores! We’d stay again!

Jan 2022The property was big, and offered the space needed for a great trip to Arizona. Christine was great, they reached out prior to our visit to ensure the check-in process was smooth. They shared helpful instructions, and local suggestions to make our stay more comfortable. We would stay at their property again.

Dec 2021So much room for us to stretch out and relax. Great dining table for games every night. We paid extra for pool heat and were swimming all the time though it was hard to get out, into the cold 60-70’s air. Great yard for playing around and sunning. Everyone loved it! Too bad we stink at playing pool.

The location was perfect for easy access before and after the show. Then spent time relaxing by the pool!
Christine was a great host. She was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Sep 2021Was so nice to have baby items available since we forgot to ask! They had a pack n play, highchair and walker for my 1 yr old Granddaughter!! Also, lots of towels available for the pool. Not alot of towels for the bathrooms, but we washed and we're good to go!

Aug 2021We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Lots of space for our family including the teens who used the upstairs as there own private hang out.
Christine and Dana were very responsive with questions and quick to resolve small issues. Our July stay was very hot, so spent lots of time in the pool, but too hot to fully enjoy the patio and outdoor space. (The pictures really don't do this place justice) We would love to visit again in slightly cooler weather.

Slightly disappointing they wouldn’t let us use the hot tub and the upstairs beds are pretty uncomfortable. But the 4 beds downstairs were great. Sleeps 8 beautifully. Christine went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Overall good experience.

Jan 2021VERY nice, spacious, clean, quiet & peaceful Litchfield Park home with heated pool & hot tub. Our family spent a week at this home the first week of January. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and always responded to our request very quickly. This is a large, spacious home where you can relax and just get away for a family “Staycation”!! Also, several restaurants & golfing options nearby. HIGHLY recommend this home to all looking in the Goodyear/Surprise area of Phoenix!!!!!

Dec 2020We absolutely loved this house! It was spacious and comfortable for our family, and the hot tub and pool were perfect for swimming and relaxation. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the neighborhood was great for evening walks. We would love to come back!

Nov 2020This house had absolutely everything we possibly needed to be comfortable and relax. The quality of everything from the towels to the furniture were high and you can tell these owners really take pride in their home. Our kids used the internet for their online schooling and had no problems at all. The owners were thoughtful and left fruit and cookies for us on arrival. They were attentive and easy to communicate with; making sure our needs were met. We would definitely come here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this house to anyone. We loved this house! Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting us use your home!

Oct 2020This is the perfect house. My husband and 3 other couples stayed in AZ for the game. 15 minutes to stadium and surrounding bars. Close to top golf and other fun activities.
The house has 4 bedrooms downstairs with an open loft with huge couch, tc and 2 extra beds perfect if there are a group of kids. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Christine was so helpful and always responded within a timely manner. Definitely will stay there again.

Jan 2020Came for a baseball tournament and found a property that we felt like home to all of us. The house is clean, huge, and has excellent amenities. Christine was an excellent hostess and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Best experience we’ve had in the three years we’ve been here.
