Apr 2021we are local but had to move out for a week to get our floors re-done. This casita is very cute, relaxing & convenient. Walk to many restaurants, sit outside at night & enjoy the sunset, golf course views & numerous night birds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Feb 2020Very nice place! The neighborhood is nice & quiet & the view of the golf course is nice. Nice open concept with the kitchen, eating area, & "living room." The Sleep Comfort bed is very comfortable. It's a great location with easy access to many area hiking places, ball parks, museums, & restaurants.

Mar 2020Very comfortable casita. We were staying for spring training and found the location to be excellent. The owner, Kelly, was very easy to reach and wanted to make sure that we were settled and had all we needed.

Jan 2021This is an excellent property on a golf course, very private and quiet. Our pups had a fantastic time. Host was fantastic and very accommodating, they even had treats for us in the fridge :) Highly recommend!

May 2019The owner was amazing and followed up with me, as I arrived much later than I planned. The casita was exactly as described and was perfect for me and my little 4 month old puppy. I attended a conference at the Wigwam and it was less than a ten minute walk to the conference center and was way less expensive than a hotel room and was much larger. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. The casita is well-concealed from the street and very private. I stayed 4/28-5/2/19. I would stay again and highly recommend. The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable, especially the sleep number bed!

Mar 2022The casita was just what I expected. Great location, close to golf courses and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and I had many walks with our dog. Kelly was wonderful to work with. I’d stay there again if I’m in the area.

Feb 2020Quiet, older neighborhood with a great view of the Wigwam golf course. Clean and comfortable casita with everything we needed - owners seemed to be available by text at all times - very attentive - but the setting was also very private with its own yard. Casita and owner’s home separated by a 3-car garage.

Nov 2019My wife and I found the Casita an absolute delight. The residential neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The Casita overlooks the 2nd tee and provides a relaxing view throughout the day and evening.
The Wigwam is within 20 min walk.
The beds were comfortable, the water was warm.
And I had me a fine time playing my Irish flute in the middle room. Bare walls made for excellent acoustics.
A good time had by all.

Feb 2022I needed to be in Surprise for a tennis tournament so I wanted a peaceful, quiet place to rest up for each day of tennis. It does not show on the listing on VRBO, but Kelly’s Casita is very private. I literally never saw or even heard my hosts for an entire week even though they were there. Inside, the Casita is clean and well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, combo washer/dryer, small living room, separate den with a futon and a nice bedroom with dressers and a TV. The bathroom is fine with a shower, sink and toilet. Two couples might find the Casita a little cozy but doable, but a couple with a child or two should find it entirely adequate. Myself alone was great. I could have stayed far longer. Outside, the Casita faces the fairway of the adjacent golf course. The fairway is close enough that I managed to acquire an errant ball from a golfer with quite a slice. Overall, the Casita is well worth what Kelly charges. Highly recommended.

Feb 2022Great little Casita with plenty of space for my whole family pets included. We needed to have work done at our home and this was the perfect place for us too hang out while our home was turned upside down.. the host was very friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful.
