Gelegen in Historic Montford, dieses attraktiv ganzes haus für EUR 84 pro Nacht ist ein großartig Option für Ihr nächstes Urlaub. Unser privates Gästezimmer mit Terrasse und eigenem Eingang steht für Sie bereit! Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2010 Ergänzung zu unseren 1890 zu Hause. Wir leben auf fast zwei Hektar versteckt in der Nähe der Innenstadt von Asheville. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu einigen der schönsten Restaurants, Bars, Boutiquen, Kunstgalerien und Spaß unserer Region! Unser Eigentum grenzt an den Campus der University of North Carolina Asheville an. Wir sind auch sehr nah an den Botanischen Gärten von Asheville, North Asheville Heckklappenmarkt, Trader Joes und Whole Foods. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Bad mit einer großen Dusche. Inbegriffen ist ein kleiner Bereich mit Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Wir haben auch lokal gerösteten Kaffee mit Beilagen und eine Auswahl an Tee.

May 2023The property is located just outside of the busy downtown area so is very relaxing. The gardens on the property are beautiful (!!) and the guest suite very comfortable. Perfect spot for enjoying Asheville.

May 2023Mary greeted us in her garden as we arrived. What a joy to see a fellow gardener tending a well planned and cared for space. The room and bath had all that we needed and more, including a veranda for sitting to enjoy the view she curates. Her helpful suggestions on places to dine or gardens to visit were spot on. May 2023This place was just perfect for our stay. The room was lovely and exactly as advertised. I really can’t say enough about the yard and the deck outside of our room though. Such an unexpected pleasure sitting out on the deck outside of our room having morning coffee, and later, happy hours looking at such a gorgeous well kept yard full of flowers and plants. Mary our host was beyond gracious and so nice to give us many recommendations of places to check out. I recommend this place very highly!

Mar 2023The property is very cool. It’s tucked away, near walking trails to downtown, large bathroom, very well furnished. It’s an addition to the house but you do get your own area. No kitchen. We loved it.

Nov 2022We loved being close to downtown and having easy access to all the amenities Asheville had to offer, but were in our own private wooded oasis. Very cozy and convenient. Mary was a prefect host and highly recommend.

May 2022The whole experience was better than expected. Beauty all around and the room is fabulous with your own terrace to enjoy the outdoors. I rented a bike for the week from Hike, Bike , Kayak Asheville. There is a bike path along the creek across from the main road near the property and it was easy to get around. To access the green space behind the property, just walk up the hill and take a left. The entrance is about a block down. Walking through the forest, you can exit on the other side near the UNC campus and go to the botanical gardens. There is also a fabulous coffee cart about 2 1/2 blocks away called Le Bon cafe. I had no car so I was able to enjoy everything by foot, bike, or the bus (for the hills, it's $1 and you can put your bike on racks) and return to the most amazing vrbo. Mary and Tim are outstanding. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

Had a private porch where we could soak in the beautiful yard and relax. We were close to all we wanted to do, but tucked away from hustle and

Mar 2022Just as described. Mary even had a first aid kit that had Tylenol in it for a rare headache I got at one point. Very thoughtful set up with a full pitcher of water in the refrigerator. I would recommend this to my friends.

Mar 2022Loved our room~filled with antiques, so cozy. There’s no tv and at first we thought “what”? But it turned out that it was awesome because we spent most of our time perusing the city(even though it snowed one day!!)and enjoyed the beautiful property surrounding us. Mary is just a delight! Highly recommend for an intimate getaway🥰

The location was fantastic for exploring downtown Asheville as well as a short drive to Biltmore Estate. We really enjoyed our time in Asheville and will definitely be back!

Dec 2021We spent two days at the Biltmore and this was the perfect place to stay! It was 15 minutes to the Biltmore. It had just what we needed…a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, small refrigerator/freezer and a hot water kettle. It was clean and well appointed and Mary was a welcoming hostess.
