Sep 2020We went to Gatlinburg to ride motorcycles for the weekend. There was covered parking for 6 motorcycles and the area was quite and within walking distance to town. The accommodations were clean and very well kept. Nice rental for the money. Would recommend to anyone with 8 people or less. Weiterlesen

It just so happened this townhouse was literally next door to her unit and I had no idea when planning—what a fun surprise! It was in perfect condition, very clean and everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely stay here again! Super convenient to the main strip with lots of activities to do! Dec 2019Thought the condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the fireplace and was a quick walk to all the shops, activities, and eateries. Everything was clean, just ran out of toilet tissue in all the bathrooms and struggled with working the remotes and didn't have one for the living room. Particularly admired the awesome inspirational sayings that were used for interior decor on walls. I have one that I saw the same in my living room. I was pleased to learn I was doing business with people of faith.

Aug 2020There are several good things about the place, adequate dishes, appliances and cookware in the Kitchen; beds slept well, spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 small children, furnishings are nice and I especially liked the screened in porch. Nov 2019The price of the property you rent will be much more than the list price. There are extra fees added for cleaning and etc. I figured no biggie I was willing to pay good money for a family vacation as long as it was a beautiful place. After booking we were getting ready to leave and I find out that this rental is a lot of steps. To get into the main floor you must climb a flight of steps and to access one bedroom and bathroom you must climb steps. This is not specified in the listing and if it was I would have booked a different one. One couple who was going with us had to cancel as they were elderly and unable to climb the stairs. Next when we arrived at the rental 1st thing we noticed was that there were large cockroaches crawling on bathroom mirrors. Property manager offered to have pest control spray but we had pregnant woman and children with us and did not feel it was safe. So we killed all roaches we saw throughout the week and pressed on with the family vacation. Next problem with the week with the rental was that there was construction on the building and other rental to the side of us throughout week. Crew was replacing gutters and other numerous things with building. Problem was we were woke up every morning very early by the sounds of construction. Workers yelling and drilling gutters to the building. Most days before 7am. Also, one of the TV’s in the room did not work the whole week. I notified the property manager of this problem and throughout the week we were in contact about the problem. He did try to contact the cable company about the issues but he insisted that I call the cable company and work through the problems with them. I did not feel this was my responsibility as I paid for a unit to be fully functional and clean. The last thing you want to do is deal with issues like this on your family vacation. Eventually we just gave up on the TV and faced the fact we would not be able to watch it. Finally the description says the rental is close to the main activities in Gatlinburg. It is over 3 blocks from the Main Street. Unless you want to pay $20 every time you go somewhere to park you have to walk. This may be a problem for some. I will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. Family vacation was ruined by constant issues everyday and when paying a premium you expect a top notch rental. I was very let down. Aug 2021The condo was in walking distance of everything. We would have gladly taken advantage if this had we not seen the bear roaming in the parking lot not far from the condo. Especially liked the screened in deck with soft chairs and ceiling fan. Least favorable part was spiral steps, heat in loft and outlets sparked when plugging in cords. Water pressure is bad, downstairs shower tiny, you have to turn the water off to wash and back on to rinse as there in not enough room to even turn around. Location and area were good. Weiterlesen

Dec 2019I have zero complaints about our stay! This was our first time staying at this condo and location. Everything was very nice, there was plenty of room for all of us. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom attached to it. We were all in one condo, but still had plenty of privacy. The furniture and all is very nice and comfy, and we especially loved the sitting areas on the porch/balcony. It’s very nicely set up and a great price. The contact person was super nice and helpful. Parking in the carport was a major bonus as well! I loved that we could also walk to Gatlinburg in almost no time. It was a very pleasant experience and our family hopes to be back sometime soon! I was however fortunate enough to speak with the contact who was able to give me the correct unit number. House could definitely use an update. Location was not a bad walk to the strip. Trolley schedule is a bit unpredictable. Pool was close by but could have been a little cleaner. We did see a small black bear right outside our unit. Weiterlesen
