Die Küche grenzt an den Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Handwerker Holzküchenschränken und Douglas-Tannenboden. Die großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Rotholz-Decks sind aus dem Süd-West-Schlafzimmer und der Gemeinschaftsraum durch zwei französische Türen mit Blick auf den großen umzäunten umzäunten Hinterhof zugänglich. Das Haus ist gut von der Straße entfernt von einem großen grasbewachsenen Vorgarten in einer ruhigen halb ländlichen Nachbarschaft. Das Familienferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von Stränden und Meeresklippen, zu Fuß erreichbar. Downtown Fort Bragg mit Restaurants, Geschäften, einem Museum und dem berühmten Skunk Train ist in der Nähe.

Mar 2022We stayed here with our two kids and our best friends and their two kids. We loved the big kitchen, huge yard, and layout of the house. Super close to awesome beaches and all that downtown Fort Bragg has to offer! We will be back!

May 2019We rented this home for my family to stay during my wedding weekend. We stayed 3 days and this home was large enough to fit a good sized crew. It was close to town and the beaches but remote enough it was very quiet. The home is clean and updated and the bedrooms are very large. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub! There is a large outside area in the back to play and let kids run.
The kitchen and living room/dining room have an open floor plan which help for central gatherings.
Christopher works hard to keep his home immaculate. If you have any questions you can always contact through VRBO or text and he responds promptly.
I would reccomend this home for multi-generational families.

Aug 2018We really enjoyed our week here. So much so we were able to extend our stay an extra day. The house is very comfortable and worked great for our family.
Very clean and the owner really tries to make sure you have everything you need in the house to have a great stay.
The only thing that the owner could do is put a welcome book with instructions on the garbage system and checking out procedures.
Looking forward to our family coming back next year.

Mar 2019We had a nice visit. The only things I would add to make it better is having a binder containing instructions on how to operate the TV, fireplace and coffee maker, and make sure the BBQ is clean inside. This way the owner doesn’t need to be involved by verbally telling a couple of us and then we forget. :). Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Christopher!

Dec 2022We had a great stay. The house is large and we’ll stocked. There are plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our group. Good location just down the street from Glass Beach and more.

Jul 2022We had a great experience at this house. The owner really did think of everything. From outback seating with BBQ to all the little things you don't think you will need in the kitchen. It had everything and was very accomodating for our group of 13. Check in and out was simple and host provided local things to see and visit. Overall great experience.

Sep 2019We enjoyed our stay. Only complaints were a very slow WIFY that caused poor television watching. We missed having a garbage disposal. It would have been nice to have a written instruction regarding the handling and sorting of trash and pick up time. Our cook complained that the oven did not heat properly and about not enough pots and pans.

Nov 2019This home was perfect for our yearly fishing trip! Our favorite part was the kitchen. We have a large group and usually one or two of us get stuck cooking for everyone. Not so in this house as the kitchen is spacious enough that everyone was able to pitch in. We have stayed in many different vacation property's and this one is our favorite so far. The only unusual thing was we have never been contacted directly by the property owner. He was super nice and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Nov 2022The property is large open and well maintained. The living room/kitchen is one of the best our group has used. It is clean open and updated. Great for more than one cook while still being able to communicate to the rest of the party. The yard is open and fenced. with BBQ and deck. We lucked out getting tee shirt and shorts weather so the yard became our 5 o'clock somewhere gathering spot. I would recommend this property to any group.

Jun 2022The house was spacious and swallowed all 13 of us. Bedrooms were spacious, private and enabled those of us who had work to do to get it done while the children played either in the house ofr outside in a large yard and the remaining adults conversed or read in the living room.

Jun 2018The house was awesome. Very open and comfortable. Big deck out back and nice size porch out front. Large yards front and back. Plenty of room to stretch out and make for a relaxing weekend. I would absolutely stay there again.

Aug 2019Property was okay. A lot of items were broken. Including beds , blinds, bbq. Small things ! Owner insisted on meeting. Stayed to long, and notified us he comes every day at 5 am to drop off his cat. He then comes back at 5pm to pick up his cat. When he returned he was looking over the fence at us. Made some family members uneasy.
His garbage system sucks. He says it is a county ordinance to sort all your garbage from recycling and compost. We looked up the ordinance to find there is no ordinance.
He mentioned a few ant traps were put out to insure there would be no issues. The Ants came as soon as he left and they came in the hundreds. It was a three day fiasco.
I’m sure the garbage system invited the ants.
Overall it was a good stay. Just weird that the owner was around so much ,

Jul 2021Our party of 10 greatly enjoyed our stay at this Fort Bragg property. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children ranging from ages 8 months to 11 years old. The master suite was perfect for my spouse and I along with our two young children ages 2 1/2 and 8 months old. Our older children ages 10 and 11 were able to stay in the room next to the master suite and it worked out well. Our guests enjoyed their rooms as well which are located at the other end of the home. The location was perfect and just minutes away to everything: beach, Skunk Train boarding, dining, grocery, gas, etc. The backyard was spacious and perfect for outdoor grilling. Our children played a mini soccer game and we were treated to seeing deer just within sight of the property. I highly recommend this property to large groups who are ready to stay in a Home Away from Home.

The neighborhood is quiet and good for walks in the morning, but also super close to town. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. We were told by owner to fill propance tank for BBQ ourselves. Owner was present on arrival and took app. an hour reviewing items in the house. After a 6+ hour drive this was a bit tedious and an Instruction Binder would have been sufficient. When using multiple devices the wifi gets slow and stalls. The owner also drops by to care for the garden, but sends a text to inform you ahead. All in all a great house for a large group.
