Luxury new 3 bedroom house in central city 5 star

The property was spotlessly clean with beautiful linens and curtains etc. The historic building had been completely refurbished by the lovely owners whose home is to the rear of the property. The owners were wonderful hosts you couldn’t do enough for us, they even provided fresh milk for our morning cuppa! There is also a great pub a short walk down the road that serves food too.

There was nothing to dislike about the property but a couple of mirrors would have made it even better along with a bin in the bathroom but these are little things the owners are already addressing.

Nice central location, very quick to access the city centre and great for biking along the Avon. Very warm and comfortable, nice spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Lovely character cottage which has been presented beautifully. Very welcoming hosts too.

The only downside was that the spa and playground are located in the property owners garden next door, rather than in the garden of the holiday home, which wasn't clear when booking, and while the owners were very welcoming we didn't feel comfortable taking them up on the offer to use the spa anytime when it was through the gate and right by their home. As the spa was the main deciding factor in booking this house it was a disappointment.

Great cosy home really comfortable great place to stay as a family location was perfect very central kids loved how close we were to Margaret Mahy park would definitely love to stay there again.
