Dec 2022Wonderful people, very much caring and helping, giving good advice and recommendations. Great view of Kanchenjunga from the rooftop. Delicious food and very good Darjeeling tea (shouldn’t be taken for granted even here!). Laundry service.
The location is a bit far away from the Center, but on the positive side beautiful Dali Monastery is around the corner (with a great coffee shop!) and Dali taxi stand brings you to the Market in 10 min for 15 rupees.
Shower is very basic (but works).
No heating but a heatable bed.

Pleasant, nice room, good view from room, balcony and terrace. Owners were very helpful.
Jan 2023Tea and the Breakfast we like it the most. The owners Bobby and Bishu were very helpful. Once my friend had some digestion issue. Bobby came with some medicine after hearing this. Also the bed-warmer worked very nice and it added comfort as it was very cold in the middle of November. The homestay is in a very steep location from the road so upon arriving and leaving, we got some hands to carry our luggage. The room was clean and pleasant-looking. Bishu was very co-operative providing direction to the homestay. The helping hand little girl, Priyanka was very nice carrying our food and tea everyday to our room. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Perhaps Bathroom could have been cleaned at least once in our 5 nights of stay. The last day breakfast could be little better than bread and butter. Wish we could have evening tea everyday.

Oct 2022Super homestay with an amazing mountain view from the terrace. About a 30-40 minute walk with beautiful scenery into the centre of Darjeeling (or jump into a shared jeep to get there more quickly). Kind, helpful hosts and good food.

Mar 2022Great experience! Such a nice people run this cozy homestay. They are willing to help you with anything and their home prepared food is just delicious :) Bonus is a view of Kanchenjunga from the rooftop with great Darjeeling tea. I can only recommend this place if you wanna really enjoy your stay in Darjeeling to the fullest ;)

Cupboard should be there in rooms so that travelers can keep their items inside the Cupboard.
Rooftop need some investment for beautification as a wonderful open space to view Kanchanjunga range

Distance wise a bit away from main center but as a tourist it is manageable.

Dec 2022"Excellent location away from hussel and bussel of the city center , it was treat for eyes, very scenic and it felt like top of the world. Food was great, service was good. Very calm and peaceful stay and great hospitality by Mr Bishu..I strongly recommend this place.
