Jul 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredibly well-cared for, clean and ideally situated property. The outdoor space, especially the outdoor shower, deck and backyard were perfect for our children. The house was well stocked with plenty of linens and towels. The location was a quick 2 minute drive to the bay, which was ideal with young children. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We will definitely be coming back again!

Just a couple of blocks to public beach access to the Chesapeake Bay, close tp food and restaurants and a short trip to many of the things to see and do on your visit. It was well stocked and very clean. The communication with the owner was quick and thorough. There were many added bonuses such as beach chairs, bikes and even a beach cart which was very handy to have. We enjoyed our stay.

Jun 2022Such a nice house! It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the area! It was the perfect half way point between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach, and the 10 min walk to an almost empty, beautiful beach was so convenient! We enjoyed having space to spread out as a family, so much better than staying in a hotel. We loved the porch and the outdoor shower. It was an excellent stay and communication was smooth and easy. Everything was provided for the kitchen and lots of beach chairs, toys, and even a cooler to use! That was so great! We had a wonderful week and it was a fantastic place to stay!

I was a little concerned when the host wasn't willing to send written check-in instructions that we'd make the drive and find out it was a hoax, but the instructions she gave over the phone got us into the house and we had a pleasant stay

Jul 2021What a darling little place! So clean and comfortable! Very modern and well appointed. My contact with the owner was prompt and helpful. The beach is about 4 blocks away, but it was not crowded and very private. My husband and I enjoyed staying here would recommend others to do so also.

May 2021Best house on the street! Easy check in and out. Very cute home with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Host is quick to respond with communication and friendly. Just book it and I promise you won’t be sorry. We weren’t.

The large front porch and fenced-in backyard with the deck were especially nice areas for my toddler to run around. Everything was great!

Aug 2020This property and the host were so wonderful we totally hated to leave for home. This house had literally everything! Book this quaint cottage, pack your clothes and don't worry about anything else! It is ALL here! Attention to every detail..clean....organized...and super functional while being so home-like is what set this place apart for us. The short walk to the quiet beach was easy and a great way to get in that little bit of exercise needed to walk off all the fantastic meals you can make yourself in the handy kitchen or eating out.
A Family Dollar is within walking distance and has any extras you may want or need. The new outdoor shower was great! We all enjoyed that real tropical feel. We hope to be back. #bestbirthdayever
