Aug 2021WOW! Had an amazing vacation on Tybee Island and it started and ended in this amazing cottage. When I was looking for a place in the North Beach area, I kept coming back to the Cottage on the Green B because I felt that every minute spent inside would be perfect and I was right. All the little details (the magnolia tray in the kitchen, the chandeliers in the bathrooms, the clawfoot tub, the sleeping porch) made me feel as though I was someplace special. Thank you for everything - I will be back.

Jun 2021When we were looking to get away, we wanted a place that would be the quintessential beach experience. It was a long “COVID” year and we needed a place that would help us relax and kick back.
When we saw this property it immediately fit the bill. The pictures were true to when we opened the door. Everything was bright and airy and so totally charming and cozy. The place was immaculate and fully equipped to live there. The decor was “happy “.
The location of the cottage was fantastic. The back overlooked a beautiful park and was a few minute walk to the beach and lighthouse. There were 2 good sized perfectly decorated bedrooms, a full bath, half bath and an outdoor shower. The kitchen and living area was a great size and we loved that there were 2 screened in porches! One with a sitting and eating area and the other (my favorite) was off a bedroom with a bed swing, drapes blowing in the breeze. Such a relaxing and serene area.
Coming back to the cottage after a day at the beach or excursion was a delight! We loved this place so much that we hope to return next year!

Jan 2022What a cute little cottage. We loved our stay in the cottage and visit to the island. The park adjacent to the cottage is busy and noisy at times. Wish we had known about that possibility.

Nov 2021We were only at the cottage a couple of days and one of them was a wash. It was so nice to relax in the bright and clean cottage. We enjoyed the screened in porches very much. When it wasn't raining, we were easily able to walk to the lighthouse, the beach and a restaurant. I was able to do all my shopping by riding a bike. I can't say enough good things about the cottage. It was very comfortable, clean and bright.

Jun 2020We were extremely happy with our stay. Communication with owner was great. Location is within a short walk of the beach and lighthouse. Park has great walking trails. Close to many restaurants. Huck a poos was a favorite for pizza! The attention to detail at the home made the stay even more comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was wonderful and we look forward to staying here again next time we come to Tybee. Thanks.

May 2020We were extremely happy with our stay and immediately felt at home the minute we walked in. Loved that the lights were on and soft music was playing ...so welcoming! This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation with the beach just a short walk away and Jaycee Park right out your back door. The location can’t be beat and we look forward to staying here again.

Mar 2022We were a little surprised to find out this was a duplex. Didn’t realize until agent referred to side A and B. The description failed to give us this information. It was a little uncomfortable sitting on the porch and being able to hear people on porch right next to us. They had a dog which barked occasionally. But…the cottage was decorated so nicely. We loved it! Very cottagey! Just a suggestion, you might want to check the tv. We couldn’t access anything. Always asked for a code. We were not on Tybee to watch tv so it was ok. We had good books and the beach! Thanks for your help with tv audio!

Oct 2022We stayed at this lovely cottage 8 years ago and loved it so much we came back. We love this little cozy cottage. From the outdoor shower to the front porch, we felt comfortable and once again fell under the spell of the island.We plan to return, hopefully sooner than 8 years!

Jan 2021We spent 4 nights to explore and bike ride around Tybee Island and Fort Pulaski. We enjoyed our time. Glad the owner offered no-contact check in, and the bike shop offered no-conract delivery and pick-up.

Dec 2022We had an amazing stay in this cottage. Not only was the owner helpful prior to the trip with suggestions on where to go and places to see, but check in and check out were smooth. You have everything you need in this cottage and the place is exactly how it appears online - adorable, clean and a short walk to the beach! Tybee is such a cool town and this place I would highly recommend. Some of the local places we found were Salt Island Fish and Beer, Sundae Cafe (make reservations!) and Bubba Gumbos! Truly a slice og heaven, this island. Very chill and relaxing!

Oct 2020We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary. We stayed on side A which was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. Such a wonderful nostalgic beach feel. We had a fun time riding bikes all around the island on the bike path. The Pier Pavillion looked like a nice picnic spot by the water. It was an easy drive to Savannah where we often had dinner. We also booked a private sail at a nearby marina. It was a great trip to remember!!

Apr 2022Very happy overall. Just not aware it was a duplex, however this was not an issue at all. Could have used potholders and wine glasses. Being non-techies we never figured out how to watch regular network channels. Quite frustrating! Needed detailed instructions! Very satisfied overall!

Nov 2022This sweet little cottage made my sister and I feel so welcomed and relaxed. That swinging bed on the porch is the most comfortable relaxing spot to read a book and hear the ocean waves in the background! Location was ideal, just blocks to the beach. Entertainment, dining, farmers market, lighthouse, shops also within a short walk. We’ll stay again one day…..we hope! Owners communication, response and suggestions were so quick and accurate. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Jul 2021This rental was the perfect spot for our weekend trip. The beach was easy to get to and and less than a 10 minute walk with a seven and four year old. Everything in the house was super clean, and it was nice that a filtered water pitcher and a good amount of kitchen utensils were available. We appreciated the coffee maker and hair dryer as well. Beds were very comfortable, and the TV and internet service worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

Sep 2022This property was super cute and perfect for a girls trip with my step daughter and mother in law! Great location, close to everything in Tybee! We were able to ride our bikes/golf cart everywhere! We will be back!

Sep 2021This cottage is better than the pictures! So charming and decorated adorable!! We loved all the features, such as the swinging porch bed, screened porch, beach supplies, close access to the wonderful park, the lighthouse and the beach. Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!
