Our family had an amazing time at the home, the views are unbeatable. You basically have a private beach right in front and you can see the beach from anywhere inside the home. Progreso is about 15-20 mins by car, so you have quick access to banks, supermarket, etc. Unforgettable experience, will be back very soon!! Highly recommended!

Nous arrivons tout juste de la maison de Juan. Quel emplacement incroyable,, vue imprenable sur la mer,. Nous y étions avec nos trois enfants maintenant adultes, et nous y étions très confortables. Juan a pris le temps de nous transmettre les endroits à visiter. Et nous expliquer les rudiments de la maison. C’est une belle combinaison entre la plage, le repos et le tourisme. Merida est une ville à explorer qui n’est qu’a 45 minutes de la maison. Nous sommes une famille habituée à la location de maison, et je peux vous la recommander avec certitude. My husband and I have never visited the Yucatan and wanted to spend out 25th anniversary somewhere new. We couldn't have been more pleased. Juan Carlos was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and see. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but only minutes from Progreso and Merida. We enjoyed our time so much that we are now looking for a place to buy so we can call it home. La ubicación de la casa es sin igual Sólo agregaría q le falta mucho mantenimiento en baños y cocina Y revisar los horarios de check in, ya q en la aplicación marcaba a las 12 y nos la entregaron después de las 2

La casa es muy linda, además de que su ubicación frente al mar es excelente. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una cómoda estancia. Buen servicio y calidad!!! Queremos ser clientes fijos jeje. Gracias!!!!

Juan has a great spot that is in a safe, nice & quiet area. The home quite large and has everything you will need. Make sure you leave open the bedroom curtain and wake up to the amazing sunrise every morning. There is a beautiful sand bar about 50ft out that you can walk to. This is where my husband & I went Conch picking every morning that we had Lowtide. We loved the calm water days. Juan was very accommodating and give us lots of suggestions on places to go and things to see. This home is about 50 mins from Merida & 25-30 mins from Progreso. You do need a car here. Uber isn’t always available & bus only goes past once or twice a day and we couldn’t figure out times. There are caretakers rt next door if you need any help or would like to have cleaning or cooking done for you.($) Gregario and his wife are great..we managed communicating as our Spanish is spotty & their English spottier If I could suggest anything to Juan it would be.... to have more towels & bed linens, expecially for longer term visitors. We managed as it was mostly just the 2 of us. But if our children had come we would have needed more. We hope to come back next year & Enjoy this piece of heaven.Thank you for everything Juan Jackie & KevinOnt, Canada

Juan Carlos and his wife met us and gave us an overview of the property. They provided us with water and ice which was a treat. You could walk forever on the beach and gather beautiful shells. All of the bedrooms had ac and were en suite. A relaxing and memorable 3 days!

I really enjoyed the house, it needs a little update, the beds were not comfortable but we had a good time, I think the house is pretty descent for the price you pay. The owner is really nice and he tried to have everything setup for us before the checking!

First in for most I would like to thank Juan Carlos for opening up his home to my wife and I i’ve been coming to the Yucatán since 2009 with our destination being Chelem which in and by itself is a nice little area to get away but my wife happen to come across this house and I’m glad she did everything Juan Carlos says in the description holds true if you walk down the steps towards the water to your left About 100 yards down you’ll find two wooden swings also there is a beach club where you can find the waiter Alberto walking the beach going up the houses that are occupied you can order food and drinks he’ll bring them right to the house found that to be convenient it’s a beautiful area with beautiful water and beautiful sunsets we really enjoyed our stay thank you again Juan Carlos
