Jun 2021Very disappointed to have been mislead into believing property was available, charged and then dropped. Hopefully, there will be another opportunity as the placed looks really nice.

Jul 2020This house was perfect for what we needed. Spacious 1st floor and bedrooms. The view of the water is really special, we spent many mornings with our coffee on the deck looking at the view! The pool actually seemed larger in person than in the pictures, and plenty of room for seating around the pool area. The furnishings aren't up to date, but everything was very clean and everything worked fine. A really, really great stay overall!

Aug 2022This home is lovely, light filled, with lots of views of the bay. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it or pool side(it has been a very hot summer). We closed off the back room during the heat wave which boosted the AC for the front bedrooms. The location is great, just a quick drive to the beach, the bike path, Chatham, or Orleans. Wequassett Resort is just up the road, with boating opportunities. We enjoyed the jazz festival there one evening. The property is high on a hill, making the busy road out front less noticeable, and it is surrounded on three sides by woods, we saw a mother deer and 2 fawns one morning. Great vacation spot!!

Aug 2020The pictures don’t do justice to the house. The house has amazing view of the Pleasant Bay and is perfectly located. It has an eclectic collection of nautical decorations. Kids loved the private pool and all the water toys that come with the house. Kitchen is well equipped and we love the pantry! The deck offers spectacular views and has a well functioning grill. We stayed here during the hottest days so the only thing that would make this place even better is an AC unit in the back bedroom. All in all this is the perfect summer house and we would absolutely return!

Aug 2022The home was in a wonderful location. Near the beach with an unground pool .The furnishings are tired and two of the exterior doors did not close and lock properly. We lost power on two consecutive days due to an electrical fault in the dryerOverall, we enjoyed our stay

Sep 2017Lots of lounging space in 3 areas. Not updated but clean. Grill not working but got a new one within 24hrs. Don't forget your toilet paper! They should have a roll in each bathroom to start as a courtesy. Ceiling fans in almost every room keeping the space cool. This home is on Route 28 with a small beach across the street. It is hard to go for a walk, unless you drive to another area or carefully cross the street to the small beach across the street . Beautiful deck overlooking the bay. Private pool area.
