Gerade im Juli 2017 abgeschlossen, hat diese sehr coole Strand "Hütte" spektakuläre Ausblicke auf Middleton Beach dank seiner Millionen-Dollar-Lage gegenüber einem Naturschutzgebiet. Das Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Küche, Hauptschlafzimmer und natürlich die große Veranda, alle genießen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den Strand.
Das Haus wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem offenen Wohn- / Essbereich bietet diese "Hütte" für bis zu 6 Personen in absoluter Bequemlichkeit. Die Schlafzimmerkonfiguration ist:
Main - Kingsize-Bett
Zweites - Queensize-Bett
Drittens - zwei Einzelbetten
Bettwäsche bereitgestellt und Betten gemacht Ihre Ankunft erwartet
Die Besitzer haben keine Kosten für die Einrichtung dieser Eigenschaft verschont. Drei brandneue Reverse-Cycle-Split-System-Einheiten wurden installiert - eine im Wohn- / Essbereich, eine im Hauptschlafzimmer und eine im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast, um das ganze Jahr über Komfort und Frieden zu maximieren. Die Matratzen sind brandneu und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt Wand-Fernseher im Hauptwohnbereich und das Hauptschlafzimmer. Fast NBN WiFi ist inklusive! Es gibt eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine (und Milchaufschäumer) für den frühen Morgen Koffein fix! Für Strandgänger gibt es eine Außendusche auf dem Hinterdeck - mit heißem und kaltem Wasser! Ein brandneues Gas HWS wurde installiert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste nie aus heißem Wasser laufen. Der Hinterhof ist komplett eingezäunt mit 1. 5M Colourbond, und es ist ein kindersicheres Tor zwischen den vorderen und hinteren Werften. Die vorderen und hinteren Höfe haben weite Weiten von Rasen und neue Landschaftsgestaltung. Der Hinterhof ist riesig und perfekt für ein Spiel von Hinterhof Kricket!

Nov 2019We were very pleased with this holiday rental. It was well positioned overlooking a reserve and a big beach landscape. Really clean, comfortable, with some very thoughtful touches, the house, while compact, was filled with good design and light. Large outdoor areas, pet-friendly (although absolutely no evidence of anybody else's pet!), we were right at home from the start. We would recommend this cheerful holiday property and would return any time.

Apr 2020We were very impressed as soon as we opened the door. It was very clean and had a warm feel to the place. You had uninterrupted sea views and with heating and cooling perfect whatever the weather. We will definitely book again.

Jun 2018We loved it here, awesome view! The house is really nice, everything is there that you need as always with petlet, and great to be able to take the dogs, who loved being able to go straight down to the beach!

Sep 2018We absolutely loved our stay! Communication with Petlet before, during and after was great. The place was so clean and well looked after. Location was perfect. The furnishing was modern and the house was well stocked with anything we would need through-out our stay. We would definitely stay again with petlet.

Oct 2018Our stay was amazing. The house is very lovely, with everything you could ask for. It's just a short hop skip and a jump to the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The big back yard is great for the dogs and backyard cricket. We will definitely stay again. Thank you it was a very memorable stay.

No dishwasher. Very small living area . Probably a little overpriced in my opinion given it’s limitations. Real estate agent great to deal with .
