Oct 2015Wonderful location in Falmouth. Just a short distance from the beach, and walkable to Main Street and Falmouth Center. The hosts Alex & Regina were very friendly & welcoming, making both the booking and check-in process very simple. Great value too! I would definitely stay again. The only negative was that the house seemed more suited for long-term rentals that for short stays for out-of-state guests - definitely make sure to bring your own toiletries & paper products.

Nov 2020We were delighted to find this little spot of heaven! Our house is undergoing renovations and we are living amidst the mess but then it came time for new floors to go down. Had to get out ~ pets and all.Falmouth is a lovely place and we were pleased to find this house to take a break from reno. We walked to Main Street for meals and walked on the beach and the neighborhood. Everything about our week was very pleasant!

Oct 2019We stayed here Friday through Monday for the Cape Cod Marathon weekend with our two pups. This property exceeded our expectations and was very reasonably priced especially being so close the beach and hot spots in Falmouth. It was very roomy and clean with a very nice yard on a quiet street about a block from the beach. It was also right on the marathon route and within walking distance from the finish/start line and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The owner happened to be in town for the weekend and we had a great time chatting. She was very kind and laid back. We would definitely stay here again.

Sep 2016We stayed here briefly while attending a wedding nearby. The location was great. We could walk to the beach with the kids and it was a great base camp for exploring the area. We made it over to Plymouth Rock and couldn't get enough fresh seafood while we were visiting. The owners were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. They even gave us some great local recommendations. If we come back to the area, we'll stay here again! THANKS!

Nov 2013We stayed at this rental for 3 nights as part of a short driving holiday around New England in the Fall. For our two couples it was spacious and comfortable and with plenty of room for more. We were looking for rentals which were better value than hotels and this one certainly was. We used it as a base to explore Cape Cod and it was ideal. It would also be excellent for people who intend to have a more local holiday enjoying the many attractions of nearby beach and the town. Booking/communication was friendly and efficient. Good people.

Just a block from the beach and a short walk to downtown, we were in town at the tail end of the off season but the walkability still made it easy to access everything in town and avoid any traffic or parking nightmares. The house itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a few days, and Regina was very responsive and helpful as a host. Bonus points for being able to bring our dogs with us!

Jan 2022Well equipped unit steps from the beach. We celebrated our first ever Christmas on the Cape. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner! We were able to bring our furry kid ‘Bella’ as well to this clean, pet friendly unit. We had a wonderful Christmas with the entire Family!

Jan 2020We had a wonderful vacation in Regina's house. Everything is perfect. Communication with Regina is easy. Regina quickly helped us when we had questions or needs.
The location of the house is a major asset. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the city center 10 minutes. You couldn't ask for a better trip to Falmouth.

Sep 2020We had a great week at this property...not only could we bring our dog but it’s ideally located between the beach and Main Street in Falmouth. It was a short walk to the beach and less than 15 mins to Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants, stores etc
The house might not be the most updated place on the planet or have matching sheets but it’s clean, functional and worked perfectly for us for the week.
Regina is also awesome...great communication and always there if we needed anything. She even gave us a spare pizza when the pizza company messed up her order!
We’ll definitely remember this place for future use!

Jul 2020We enjoyed our vacation in Falmouth. It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to the boat ramp. The house is comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Regina was responsive whenever we had questions. She is a warm and generous host.

Feb 2014This was already our second stay in this lovely house.What a great vacation home. The location is perfect, very quiet but still near to so many different things, beach, ferry to vineyard, stores and falmouth center! The house is well-maintained and clean, the next beach is only a two-minute walk away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house is nicely decorated and gets very warm in cold weather, the kitchen is even brandnew. For us it is the perfect vacation home, we cannot wait to return soon. Thank you!

Mar 2013This was a great rental house, and we were very satisfied. The house is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach in less than a minute. We were also within walking distance of Main Street, the library and several restaurants. The house was clean and well appointed with cable and internet. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for our 4 person family, and we were able to bring our dog with no problems.
The owners were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and were very accomodating. We would rent from them again and would recommmend this house to friends/family.

Nov 2013This place is so quaint, quiet, and dripping with charm! The house is in the perfect location; only walking minutes to the beach, the charming town center for shopping. It was, also, a centrally located hub for all the day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Boston, Plymouth, Provincetown, and too many cities to list. However, Falmouth is so lovely you may not want to leave the town to visit elsewhere. The kind and helpful owners, Alex and Regina, were there immediately assisting us when we had a question or need. You will fall in love with "Beluga" - their English bulldog. As a travel agent, I am usually reluctant to recommend vacation homes, but I know for sure, I'm returning again someday.

Nov 2022Stayed in this wonderful property for 10 days in October. Was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Location is perfect for access to the beach and the town. We brought our shitzu with us and it was perfect. Regina the owner loves dogs and Murphy loved her. So nice to find such a lovely home to stay at in the cape and be able to take our little guy with us. Can’t say enough about our host Regina. Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Helped with suggestions for local restaurants, stores and locations to walk our dog in beautiful settings. We hope to return to this home sooner not later. Thank you Regina.
