We will rent again. The house is amazing owner is great and location cannot be beat. Some confusion on check in due to email issues but owner was right on it. Wonderful stay

2nd time staying at Tradewinds
We stayed in this neighborhood last year and had such a great trip we returned. Booked a larger house this year which was very nice, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect for boating to Gulf, Homosassa Spring, and restaurants. We'll see you next year!

We stayed in this neighborhood last year and had such a great trip we returned. Booked a larger house this year which was very nice, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect for boating to Gulf, Homosassa Spring, and restaurants. We'll see you next year!

We stayed in this lovely canal front home for spring break 2021. Although we did not have children, my daughter and I are teachers, so we wanted a break from the school year! The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is lovely. The location is very close to restaurants and marinas. The boat ramp is very steep and at low tide, you will need to be careful and be aware of the draft of your boat, but you will be minutes away from the fishbowl and springs. By boat or land, we always found a great restaurant. we went out to the gulf 2 days and it was about a 30-minute boat ride. the best part about this area is nature. We saw more animals than people this week and that was wonderful. The stairs are tall and steep, so we put my 81-year-old mom in the master suite. It was very, very spacious with double doors so she could maneuver in and out of the bedroom and huge bathroom. She struggled with the 5 stairs going into the garage, but that is because of her mobility. Her favorite activity was to visit the Homosassa WIldlife Park. She could not get on our boat, and she wanted to see the manatee. That worked out perfectly. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great family getaway (6 people)

We stayed in this home a few years ago and had a lovely time. We still had a good time but the house was not clean this time. Sugar ants everywhere with traps out so they are aware. Few spiders around. Fans dusty. Lost a connect 4 piece and made the mistake of looking under couch, I don't think it had been moved and cleaned under for awhile. Laundry room was very hot and pulled dryer out and vent not even connected to dryer and it was disgusting back there also. We looked at A/C filter just to see and it was also very dirty. We were charged extra to COVID clean and dust is dead skin and it was everywhere. Few of kitchen chairs broken and a child almost hurt themselves when they went to sit back. Tried to get Amazon delivery and unable and staff could not help.
