Die Gäste können einen Tag der Entspannung oder Rasenspiele auf dem fast 2 Hektar großen Grundstück genießen, Angeln von der Anlegestelle, Wasseraktivitäten einschließlich Tretbootfahren mit dem mitgelieferten Paddelboot. Sie werden die kleinstadtfreundliche Gemeinde Richmond und die umliegenden Gemeinden mit ihren vielen Festen und einzigartigen Kleinstadtaktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen lieben.

Aug 2022We had a large group of extended family and had a great time. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and very comfy/cozy for the group. Lots of room in the yard, but the beach area was quite small. It was enough for the little kids to play a little! We utilized our pontoon for other swimming adventures. Thanks for hosting!

Jun 2020We enjoyed our stay at your lovely cabin. Lots of room for indoor games and things to play with. Huge yard with fun yard games. Toddlers loved the sand toys and beach area. Fun family time and very well stocked and beautiful cabin. We hope to visit again soon.

Sep 2021We did a family weekend at the end of the summer and this was a perfect location!! The place was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The yard was great and the lake was perfect! We rented a boat for one of the days and that was fun as well!!Would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

Oct 2021We are CSBSJU alums visiting campus for family weekend. We had two infants 3 months old and the space was perfect for 6 adults and the babies. Plenty of space to entertain and setup pack and plays. Beautiful cabin, gorgeous deck. We’ll be back in the summer to enjoy the space again!

The beach area is small, but a perfect size for the kids to play in the sand and water. The older kids also enjoyed jumping off the dock and playing on the Lily Pad raft that the owners provide. We also rented a pontoon from the resort down the road. The cabin was clean and well stocked with games and fun things for the kids to do. We look forward to staying at this cabin again in the future!

Sep 2022This property truly has everything in the house that you could need! The water was clear and fishing was great - we caught 9 different species of fish. Fabulous big yard with fire pit and chairs perfect for ending the day with smores! Definitely recommend this place for family get togethers!

Aug 2020This is a wonderful choice for a large family or group to stay. The lake home is clean with much thought being given to comfort and fun for adults and children. Well stocked with games for kids and kitchen necessities. Enjoyed a lot of boating, fishing, and a campfire.

Jan 2022This home is beautiful and in a great remote location. So peaceful with lots of windows to look outside. With all the VRBO’s I have stayed in, the people worked with as far as letting us check in early or staying a little longer. That was not the case here unless we wanted to pay for it. That is my only complaint.

Dec 2020This home is beautiful, all the rooms are decorated so cute!! We felt so at home, it was stocked with everything you need, we especially loved the big griddles to make eggs and pancakes for our group of 12. Lisa is fantastic, she was quick to answer all our questions prior to our trip and while we were at the property. I highly recommend staying at this property!!!

Sep 2019The property was easy to get to and was very clean when we arrived. Everything was well taken care of and the property owners clearly care about the renter’s experience. My only two suggestions would be an upgrade to the dock and a slightly later check out time. Thank you!

Aug 2019The property was beautiful and spotless. Simple yet classy in its decor. So much seating for gathering with a large group in an open area. New appliances with every kind of pan /dish needed. I had the best mattress ever since sleeping on our yearly summer adventures. A plethora of outdoor comfortable chairs on the deck as well as at the firepit which is conveniently located near the lake across a huge open grassy expanse so smoke will not fill the home. Only negative was our paddleboat experience as we needed to carry it down and back from the garage to the lake and almost sunk ourselves with 4 adults...retried with only 2...much better :) We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous home away from home.

Jul 2022The house is amazing! So many comfy beds. There were 12 of us, more than enough room for all. Such a great place. It had everything we needed. The lake was fun for the kids to swim in. The beach wasn't really a beach but we made it work. The lilly pad was a huge success with our grandkids.

Aug 2019The home was great for our stay! The yard and property are very nice and the home has everything you would need. The area is secluded and quiet, yet Richmond and Cold Spring are only a few minutes down the road. We enjoyed playing at the Rich-Spring golf course which is very close by. I would highly recommend a stay at Paradise on the Lakes. Lisa was great to work with throughout the process!

Aug 2019The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone and child friendly. I just wish it would have had a better view of the lake. Brush and trees obscured the view from the deck.
Also no beach area for small children to play.
Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it for family get togethers.

Mar 2021The Cabin is so spacious. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (13 down to 5) and there was so much room for all of us. The kids loved the loft as "their" space to hang out when we weren't all out on the ice; playing board games or coming together again for a meal. We really couldn't believe how well-equipped the kitchen was with small appliances, QUALITY pots and pans, dishes, etc., etc., the list just goes on. Gotta love the 2nd fridge for over flow of drinkables and desserts. We all look forward to staying at The Cabin again. Thank you for sharing!
