Nov 2021We traveled with our two young children to this house, which was perfect for our vacation. The house had everything we needed, was spacious/comfortable, and had door alarms to promote pool safety. The house is located very close to several great beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hottub (and watching the bald eagles nested on the tower). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Jun 2020We stayed in this house for a week and really enjoyed it. It was a very comfortable home for two families. We loved the backyard pool so much, where we spent most of our time there. All the amazing beaches are nearby and plus a number of really fun places and restaurants that we enjoyed and activities for all the family to do, as parasailing ,jet skis and the wonderful beaches.

Mar 2021We staid for 1wk and enjoyed the heated pool as well as the nearby golf courses and stores. Beaches are just 10min away as well as Kayaki and SUP rental. House is well equipped, very well maintained and clean. Would stay again any time.

Oct 2016We LOVED Paradise Cove! The house was beautiful and the open concept gave us plenty of room. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. Anna Maria Island is minutes away and is our favorite place in Florida. We drove to the beach daily and spent hours in our private pool. We found everything we needed stocked in the house. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Just make sure you have bug repellent! The No-see-ums were terrible on the patio and we got multiple bug bites. They are so small the screened lanai doesn't help. We didn't really enjoy the patio as a result. We only went in the pool. Aside from that, we loved this vacation home and would come back again.

Apr 2019We just love Florida and now also fell in love with this house. The view out back is absolutely stunning. Morning coffee by the pool area was always something to look forward to the night before and everything in the home is as pictured. We had a couple of days with a cold spell so made plenty use of the hot tub and the beach is not far away either. The home is equipped with some pool alarms on all doors, which was a great piece of mind with our little one now being able to walk and communication with the property manager was very easy. We can only recommend this home to anybody wanting to visit the area.

Apr 2016We have stayed there before for 3 months. Most of our friends are not coming to Florida now for many reasons the major one being health with the other being Canadian dollar. We will cruise next winter. The Tv needs upgrade it is the oldest Tv I can recall. We watch a lot of movies and that was almost impossible. The linen needs upgrade. The house is fine and local people are great.

Jul 2020We greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Love the pool and spa, along with the view of the pond behind the house! Great place to socially isolate with the fam. Lots of grilling, swimming, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Mar 2020We enjoyed the home and thought is was very comfortable and well stocked with beach towels, chairs etc. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill......the home had everything we needed for a for a great vacation.

Aug 2018Villa met all expectations as described although the description of minutes to the beach was dependent and how fast you drive!! It's not in walking distance ! It was very spacious, well equipped, clean, tidy, modern, stylish and very comfortable. On the one occasion we needed assistance, Alex was on hand and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks Alex.
Overall a lovely family stay although on the down side it would have been appreciated if localised "Red Tide" environmental issues had been communicated to us in advance of our arrival. This would have allowed us to plan accordingly as there was obviously limited access to unaffected beaches and sea access due to regional guidelines on the news.
Whilst I know its not the owners/management agents responsibility to provide advice, it would have been useful to have some local knowledge prior to arrival. Who best to provide this but the owners representatives! Just a thought for future instances/experiences in the Bradenton area.

Oct 2016This beautiful Island Dream vacation provided the perfect house for our needs. Every amenity you could think of was there. I love how everything we needed from a cooler, umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs to a clean comfortable house were provided. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the floor plan of this house. My only suggestion would be to replace the drip coffee maker with a Keurig. But honestly if that is the only criticism, you know it was a fabulous place. The decor and furniture were just beautiful, but comfortable. The pool offered a refreshing respite from the heat. The beach is so close and the street this house is on is lined with beautiful homes. I look forward to staying in this beautiful house again.

Dec 2018The property was lovely, nicely decorated, and well located - about 15-20 minutes from Anna Marie Island beach, depending on the raised bridge and traffic.
When we arrived on Saturday, the pool was too cold. We decided to go ahead and pay the extra fee for extra heat and called Monday. The realty company came out and checked the pool Tuesday, Christmas Day. The temperature had not been set correctly and the pool was 78 degrees. The following day the pool remained at 78 degrees, and a pool company came out and fixed it. We enjoyed the heated pool half of the week. We would have called sooner had we known the pool heat was not set properly but we did not know.
While we appreciate the Christmas Eve call and the Christmas Day visit and the pool company visit, we requested a credit for the pool heat challenges.
We would not have rented the home if we were only going to have half a week of pool heat. The credit was denied.

May 2018The house was great but in it's located in the wrong neighborhood. They have a noise ordinance at 10 pm and neighbors called on us multiple times and we were asked to go inside. They even made a couple bogus calls and the neighbor next door let Alex (property manager) aware of that. The back patio/swimming area is infested with no see-ums I still have about 30 places on my legs where they bit me. Also wasn't allowed to have garage door up unless we were pulling a vehicle in or out(neighbors reported that also). If this house was in a different neighborhood I would have given it 4 stars( 5 stars if the patio wasn't infested with bugs).

Sep 2019The house is exactly as shown on the pictures, modern style, lots of deco items that make it warm and lovely to live in. The bedrooms are clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of room on the pool deck with a fantastic pool to swim and relax. We were especially grateful for the large quantity of towels and dishes, the spacious fridge and many beach chairs that made the stay on the nearby beach (10 minutes ride) so much more comfortable.

May 2017My family had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and the view even more amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool on a daily basis. The gas grill was great and definitely a nice amenity. Felt like we were at home. The house was clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities were great and as described. No complaints!

Jun 2018My family and I just got back from your house and as it was a lovely house there were still some concerns and hassles we had to overcome on our vacation. Here are the pros and cons.
Pros:
Beautiful pool overlooking lake
Alex was responsive and helped during our stay
Our welcome bag was filled with goodies and a nice gesture
Location was 5 minutes from beach
Cons:
Huge eye sore over looking the beautiful pool and lake is a radio tower. Pictures online don't show this
Mosquitoes were horrible and the screen didn't keep them out
Pool cleaner was a hassle to swim around and couldn't be let out
Air didn't cool down in the day. Stayed at 77/78 degrees
Ants in kitchen
Back door wouldn't lock
The neighborhood where the house was located was nice and kept up but leading to the house is a little rough
Check out the local pizza place called Fire and Stone pizza! It's has an amazing buffet!

Nov 2015Lovely home situated on a lake. The property description was accurate and the home has been updated a little since the photos, from what I can tell. It very much so exceeded our expectations. You never know what you are going to get in a vacation rental, but this was as close to perfect as you can get for the price.
