Nov 2019What a perfect spot for a family vacation. Plenty of room for four couples. Outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing. Gorgeous scenery of palm trees and mountains.

Oct 2020We loved this home, it's hard to find 4 bedrooms (queen or king beds) all with an attached bathroom. We were a group of 4 couples that went to golf and relax, and we sure did in the beautiful home. It was spotless and well stocked. We all like to cook and the kitchen was setup for cooking great meals and serving them. Plenty of dishes, glasses, serving trays, and pots and pans. The bedding was comfy and we had plenty of towels for the pool too. The outside areas of the home are decorated beautifully. The outdoor furniture was so lovely and we had many adult beverages outside around the pool and enjoyed the sunsets.
We all enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

Sep 2020We just returned from our trip to La Quinta. The entire iTrip team was awesome from start to finish. We had originally booked the trip for April and had to move it due to Covid. They were very accommodating about this change and worked with us on new dates.
Upon arrival the home was everything we had hoped for. Gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet, incredible views, wonderful size and layout. The back yard, pool and patio are perfect. We spent most of our week just enjoying the property.
We did rent golf carts through Country Club Carts and they delivered them on time and were so fun to have to drive to Ernie's Grill.
We only had one issue, the barstools were very worn and beginning to tear. They looked terrible in such a beautiful home. Other than that, the beds, the a/c, the patio furniture, all was perfect.
We would not hesitate to return to this home and to use iTrip again. We are looking at vacation homes in the area and would definitely consider hiring them to manage our property.

Sep 2018We have stayed at numerous properties in the desert and we have used numerous rental companies in the past. This time around we were pleasantly surprised, the communication was always on time and often. We were granted a early check-in and a late check out so that made our stay even that much better, and more importantly the house was amazing. The home was very nicely kept, and blasted an incredible open floor plan What a beautiful backyard where we spent most of our days. I would definitely come back and stay at this home and use this company again.

Beautiful courtyard and fireplace. The best is the pool and attached spa surrounded by marvelously comfortable over-stuffed lounge furniture, umbrellas, and assorted seating. It's wonderful to see all the beautiful plantings of colorful geraniums that are so welcoming.

Aug 2021Very nice house. Met all of our expectations and then some. Only downside is the no noise ordinance which meant we couldn’t play music poolside or while sitting outside in the evening, no matter how low you kept it. The house is fully stocked so no need to bring anything extra.

Dec 2017This was our second time staying in this home. We love it! We BBQ’d, used the jacuzzi and had multiple families comfortably stay. It’s spacious, comfortable and gorgeous. Will be renting this house again!

Mar 2021This was my first use of VRBO and if they are all like this I am a customer for life. The place was superb. Clean, was appointed and a great location. In comparison to our family having to get 2 hotel rooms the cost was lower and the place comparable to a 5 star resort. We will be back for sure to both this location and other VRBO locations

Feb 2021This home has it all. Over-looking the golf course, this home is perfect. Each of the four bedrooms is spacious, has it's own bath, and several have couches and other seating, walk-in closets, etc. It is a well-stocked home with comfortable furnishings and is a marvelous setting for families. The pool and spa/hot tub are great with a breakfast seating area, an outdoor barbecue and bar, a large patio table and chairs, plus large over-stuffed lounges for sunning. We rent this every winter as it is perfect for our family!

Feb 2019The rental property was exactly as described and our group of four married couples enjoyed it immensely. We are all avid golfers, so we enjoyed playing the Norman course at PGA West along with Indian Wells and Mission Hills.
The rental property provided for all of our needs with only minor constructive recommendations. The fireplaces were awesome but we only had one fireplace lighter, second garage door opener was not functional, outdoor grill could use some work or replacement. The outdoor living in the back of the property is very ample but the time of the season of our rental would have been better served with either fire pit tables or standup propane heaters to knock the chill off in the mornings or evening.
Other than these recommendations we found the property wonderful.

This has been our favorite house out of 4 that we have tried. A couple of minuses to mention though. Some carpets were stained. The refrigerator ice maker doesn't work. The pool is very expensive to heat. We paid an extra $238 to heat the pool over the 5 days we were there. We were informed the day before that the house was for sale and so when we arrived they were repairing things around the house. We had to be out of the house for a period of time the next day so they could do a walk through. To their credit we were given $50 dollar gift certificates to Sullivans (one per couple for a total of $200) which was very nice. Sullivans was awesome but very expensive. The $200 just put a dent in our $850 dollar bill but the gesture was very nice and we definitely appreciated it. Overall, we would stay in the house again.

Jul 2022The house was very formal. Luckily our littles decided not to come. We had two over 60 adults and ended up getting charged 750$ for their non functioning bbq. I wouldn't suggest this property.

Sep 2022The house was spotless and in great shape. A beautiful setting and super-spacious. iTrip was very responsive, and seemed to genuinely care for both the property and our having a good time. Would definitely rent again.

The TV didn't work and we had to call, the property management person said "what did you do" nothing...took her 1/2 hour to figure it out. then the radio played without us turning it on. the lights under kitchen cabinet flickered, the palm tree lights went on and off. some electrical outlets didn't work. The amount of "security" as in not letting us have guest was crazy and it was discussed after I paid the full amount. The plants and shutters were really dusty. The flowers in the pots needed to be deadheaded...for the price I thought it could be a bit more cared for. The furniture is tired

Sep 2018Our group of 8 had a great stay for 2 nights at the The Villa at Royal St. George. The house is right down the street from PGA West - Greg Norman course which was great since we had an afternoon round there. The house is modern and has all the up to date features you'd expect in a luxury rental. We did some cooking and grilling at home and the house had everything you needed from all the necessary cookware to even seasoning and other items. All the necessary things such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and towels were included. The lucky person staying in the master suite will have a great stay as well!
