We had a great time staying in Ogunquit. The house was very comfortable for my family. Being able to have my daughter’s dog stay with us was wonderful.

We enjoyed our vacation in Maine so much! The house was conveniently located to the beach (15 min walk) and an easy ride to do day trips. We based here and took day trips to Portsmouth, Portland, Kennebunkport, and Mt Agamenticus. In the evenings we would cook dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. We also brought steamed lobsters in from the Beach Plum Lobster Farm right at the bottom of our street. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit and board games around the table. The owner was extremely responsive and we enjoyed the bottle of wine he so graciously left in the fridge for us! We appreciated him sharing his home with us.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home just outside Ogunquit's busy center. The property owner made everything easy for us, and we made use of extras like the piano (a bit out of tune) and the fire pit. It was an easy bike ride into town, where we got to see the many shops and restaurant options. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit. The house has everything you need and was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed and we loved the open floor plan and comfy couch. You're. a 5 minute drive to town and beaches. Very centrally located. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dogs with us and that they had a yard to roam in. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV in one of the bedrooms so the kids could watch their own thing though. Nice hosts and good communication. Would stay here again!

We are a family of 4 (kids 11 & 12) from N.J. and we had a wonderful time at Ignacio & Ron’s house in Ogunquit. The house is located approximately a mile from Footbridge Beach so it was an easy bike ride. We didn’t need the A/C at all - windows open made the house cool enough! We also enjoyed several great meals in the well-equipped kitchen but went out to sample some of the local restaurants as well. Beds were comfortable, though the linens and towels could use an update but they served their purpose. The Washer/Dryer made it easy for us to pack light. The house is equipped with beach towels and chairs and a small cooler as well. Kids enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit every night. The guy across the street has “cash and carry” wood for $3! The house is located in a very nice neighborhood; lots of people walk and bike. Bonus: pet-friendly! Our dog enjoyed her time on the porch and in the backyard! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home so we could enjoy a relaxing “quarantine” vacation!

This home is perfect for a family vacation! My family and I enjoyed every minute of vacation. The owner was available to answer all of my questions prior to booking. He gave us his contact information incase there was any issues during our stay. I have nothing but positive feedback from our stay! It was nice that all linen and towels were available so it was less packing. Also, there is a washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack so much. The kitchen is also great to cook breakfast and dinners! There is a beautiful fire pit out back to enjoy family time together. I will definitely be contacting the owner in the future to stay again! This comfortable home is close to all the fun, food and beaches. Footbridge beach is walkable although we used the car. We had 6 adults stay very comfortably. Used the firepit and back deck. Was very peaceful. Kitchen well equipped. Owner communicates well.

The house was very dirty, the towels were yellowed or gray from age, the kitchen was awful where it was clear drawer fronts and cabinet doors had been removed. The property was unkempt, the deck was filthy with debris. The backyard bordered the woods which we did not know. The house was so awful that no amount of cleaning could have made it livable so we drove home the same day. Furthermore; the “host” was belligerent and rude when we called him; he was not helpful. He said he had personally cleaned it; maybe he did in 2020.

Renting this property was a breeze. The owners were very easy to communicate with, helpful and very friendly. The location was private and perfect for a family with dogs. The only issue was all had was that the house was not clean at all. I came in and wiped everything down because of covid and I was shocked by the filth on the counters and pretty much every surface. This house could be way more enjoyable with some minor updates and some good scrubbing.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children, ages 8-18. It has been our favorite stay in Maine so far, and we’ve been coming for over 9 years! The house is so sweet, nestled along the edge of the woods, with a quiet and private backyard and lovely deck for morning coffee, a grill and picnic table, and fun LED lights on the deck for night time hangouts. The open floor plan layout of the house made it easy for all 6 of us to cook together (and clean up together), to watch movies at night, play cards at the table, etc. while also allowing private space in the gorgeous loft bedroom or 2 other sweet private rooms. Well stocked kitchen, lots of natural light, convenient location just a short ride to footbridge beach, greenery cafe (best muffins ever), or town of Ogunquit. We didn’t need to bring much since they had it all—boogie boards, towels, French press, coffee grinder, lobster pot....easy come, easy go. And, the hosts were very kind and generous, and quickly responsive to any questions we had before/during our stay. Highly recommended! Beautiful experience!

My family and I had a very restful stay at Ignacio’s comfortable Ogunquit home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is good for dog walks and close to lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches in Ogunquit, Wells, and Kennebunk. I recommend it for a small family with a dog.

Enjoyed our stay! The house is warm and roomy with three bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. The deck in the back was lovely. The only downside was it smelled a bit musty.
