Befindlich in Fraser, dieses attraktiv entire house für EUR 1’087 pro Nacht ist ein phantastisch Option für Ihr nächstes Urlaub. Wir bieten viele Extras, die den Urlaub erholsam machen. . Wir haben unser Haus mit Top-Modell der Betten, Bettwäsche ausgestattet, und Handtücher. Für die Bequemlichkeit unserer Besucher stellen wir Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und 4 Haartrockner zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss des Badezimmers befinden sich ein Lockenstab und ein Glätteisen. Wir bieten Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife, das Gesicht zu waschen, Lotion, Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Geschirrspüler Seife, Papiertücher, Papiertaschentücher, gutes Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, grundlegende Würzmittel und Gewürze. Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, dass ich mit in den Urlaub vermeiden. Der Whirlpool und das Urinal sind immer Lieblingsfunktionen. Es gibt 3 Gas-Kamine, Fernseher und Sitzbereiche sind in allen Schlafzimmern, werden Sie auch Vintage-DVDs, Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele. Der Keller ist für Überlaufschlaf mit 2 xl Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsofa eingerichtet. Kein Badezimmer im Keller. Auch im Keller; Tischfußball, Bierpong, ein Kinder-Riesenrad und eine elektronische Dartscheibe (Sie müssen Ihre eigenen Plastikpfeile mitbringen). Eine aufblasbare Matratze steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Mein Mann Gastgeber Kerl Reisen und Gecken nicht teilen Betten (?) daher all die zusätzlichen Schlafplätze.

Aug 2016We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home that easily accommodated up to 8 adults and 5 children at one time. The home is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! We appreciated all the attention to detail from the most comfortable beds, comfy robes/slippers, toiletries, and the most comfortable furnishings. With the Safeway very near by, we were able to enjoy cooking out on the gas grill several nights. We indulged in the fabulous hot tub, and built a fire in the fire pit for smore's with the kids. Nearby in Winter Park we experienced beautiful hiking and mountain biking, and music events in the evening. We look forward to the opportunity to return to this one of a kind home, ideally located with the most beautiful mountain views I've seen!

Mar 2017We had the opportunity to travel to Winter Park with extended family the 1st week of march this year and it was awesome! We will be coming back to Winter Park again next year.
The owners were responsive and had an answer for everything. The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and just perfect for the whole family.
This house has it all. Games, movies, an amazing view, great kitchen, comfortable beds, soft towels etc. The day we had to leave, a very bad snow storm rolled in. Our rental company didn't provide us with a very good car, and we made one phone call and the plow service was there in a minute to clear the drive so we could get out of town on time. The fire place in the living room was great and we used it every night.
We had fun in the hot tub and the robes provided were a really necessary touch.
Make sure to ask the owner about having a personal chef come in and cook for your group. Jordan came to the house 2x and I can still taste the yummy food he cooked! Even if you love to cook, this is worth doing!
I manage rental properties at the beach, so I had high expectations and they were all exceeded. From the extra trash bags, and toilet paper, to the lotion in all the bathrooms, these owners thought of everything. We would come back again in an instant if we have a large group again.

Apr 2016We came here with extended family and friends and it had plenty of room for all of us. Not only is it more beautiful in person, the house is well stocked with basics. We have had several rentals in the past that provided little to nothing more than the house. Not the case here! Can't wait to come back next year!

Jan 2018Two families from North Carolina...we had a wonderful time! Not a lot of snow, as in years past, but we worked around it. House was perfect and really appreciated blow up mattresses. Went on hikes through red gate, skied, and snow mobiled. Great vacation house and well stocked! Our second Christmas/New Year’s here and couldn’t find a more perfect setting/view! Perfect spot for watching fireworks! Thanks Ed

Dec 2019This was a wonderful home that was perfect for my family! Beautiful home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, it definitely accommodated all of our needs. Great location, close to the sleigh rides and the tubing park and the grocery store was close! Definitely worth renting!

Jul 2021This property is exactly what we were looking for. The home had everything we needed with great attention to the details especially when it came to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The hot tub was a great bonus for enjoying the Mountain View. Close proximity to winter park and many activities. We were sad to see the hiking trail down the street from the home was closed so we were not able to hike directly from the house. I’m assuming this was a new thing and will just need updated in the home visitor book. The only cons were there is construction right behind this house of new homes being built and they started working on them in the morning while we were trying to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the deck. Not the homeowners fault however I did not see this disclosed in the listing. The other thing is the basement is unfinished with 2 additional twin beds down there. We didn’t realize this and had planned on 2 young kids staying there. Unfortunately they did not like that and we had to shuffle bed arrangement around. Plenty of space upstairs though with pullout couches. We just were not expecting this. Overall an amazing home with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again!

Dec 2018This house is beautiful. Big windows, gorgeous kitchen, two big master suites. Plenty of room for our group of ten (five adults, five teenagers), plus garage parking for two of our cars, which was a pleasant surprise. Ed is very responsive. We highly recommend this house and hope to have the chance to visit again.

Dec 2019This home was truly perfect!! The owners thought of everything when building this home. The views couldn't be any more beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the jacuzzi finished off a long day of skiing!! We will be booking the gorgeous home again!!

Jan 2019This home is breathtaking and the view of the mountains were amazing. Ed was a fantastic host and always accommodated with our request. Location was perfect to local grocery store and restaurants. Everything was perfect and my grandkids said it was the best vacation. Plans to go back next year and stay in this beautiful home again..

Due to COVID we ate all our meals in and had all we needed in the kitchen. The location was surperb and found it close to everything yet we felt we were in the woods. The kids had a blast sledding down the little hill beside the house. We really can't give enough accolades about this home. We would definitely return to this home.

The views are incredible and the access to groceries, restaurants, Winter Park Resort and other services are outstanding. I highly recommend the home for any size group!

Jan 2016My husband schedules VRBO ski vacations for his business so is very picky about houses. We felt like we found a gem in Winterpark. We were a party of 10 with two families, grandparents who can't do stairs, 20+ year olds, and preteens. We put the grandparents on the ground floor in a beautiful master suite and still had another beautiful master suite upstairs for us. Our extended family (8 more) came to visit and eat with us, and there was plenty of room with the bench seating at the dining table!! Being from North Carolina we enjoyed a great Panther win on the large TV in the family room area. We also had a Bronco party with friends from Winterpark - we're all originally from Colorado - but alas....no win!! We would recommend this property to everyone - Ed was great and the house was fantastic!!!

Jul 2016My family has been coming to the Winter Park area for over 25 years. Last July my husband and I brought our two sons with their wives and we were all amazed at how beautiful this home is. Last week my husband and I came with one of our sons and his wife. The others were sad to miss the trip. (My daughter in law is expecting in a few weeks) This house is so beautiful and welcoming we felt like we were at home! The house has everything you need that you do not feel like it is a rental home. Decorated beautifully and the deck has the most beautiful views we have ever seen in the area!!! We were sitting on the deck enjoying wine and a moose walked across the property and one night a fox actually walked up on the deck. The house is in a peaceful area which is wonderful because a lot of the houses we have rented before you can hear the train horn every night. Ed is wonderful to work with and he makes everything easy. All of the reviews before this one say it all!!!!! Amazing!!!

Jan 2022Great trip with our 5 children ages 21 - 11 and a boyfriend. The view were amazing. The owner was awesome and easy to get in touch with. The best part was that we didn’t have to buy toilet paper, soap, shampoo or paper towels. Always a nuisance when traveling and having to go get all those things when u get there. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Easy drive to winter park where we skied for 3 days.

Mar 2018From the moment you pay for the rental, you are in good hands. Ed is very attentive and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Let's be clear, this is not your typical rental property. It is easy to see that this house is only rented out a hand full of times a year. There is not one thing that my family didn't enjoy about this beautifully appointed house. There are condiments in the fridge, towels in the bathrooms, robes in the closets, laundry detergent in the cabinet, hot tub cleaned and already on, chocolates and waters on the end tables...........
Prepare to be stunned when you walk into this gorgeous abode! The view from the front door overlooking the back patio will take your breath away. The beds are extremely comfortable and linens felt great. We vacationed with another family that rented a "comparable" house and could see the other side of the spectrum. Uncomfortable beds, shortage of towels, shower that didn't work etc.
Don't let a subpar rental choice ruin your vacation! There were several cheaper options when we looked for a house but I felt good after reading Ed's reviews. They are well deserved! This rental home will add to your vacation experience and in my opinion, that's priceless! After hitting the slopes the second day, we were so happy to jump in the hot tub and stare at the starry sky and just enjoy each others company. This home is the icing on the cake. We complemented Ed on the furnishings and he said they actually spend a lot of time there. Makes perfect sense now as to why you feel at home here. It really is a second home, not just a rental property!
They have a dart board, foosball table, numerous tvs, and a load of board games. If you are on the fence about which property to rent, put your mind at ease and choose this elegant and well appointed home. You will not regret it!

Mar 2021First the owners are very responsive to any question you may have. They have a beautiful home. It is on a large lot which was important to to us. We wanted space for the family to be outside as well as inside. We did sledding on the hill of the house everyday. Second the location is convenient to grocery store as well as many activities I.e. skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, etc. The town of Fraser is small. This is a place for dropping out and taking in true beauty of nature. While there are many large condos nearby, they do not compare to what you find with this home. We are a family of 7 adults and 8 kids. There is plenty of space to spread out when you want alone time and large areas for gathering together. Price point was important to us but the extra we spent for this home was well worth it. If we take another trip, then we would stay here again. A winter storm hit during our stay. Each day the drive way and balcony were cleared for us. The hot tub is on the balcony which allowed for star gazing at night. Many homes we looked had one but they were underneath. This was another feature why we chose this home. It’s the small details that are often missed when choosing a property. We even found the fire pit during our stay that was covered with snow and were able to use. The home is filled with many games for adults and the kids. Last and in closing, we highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint. There are too many amenities to mention. The owners have built and created a home away from home. It even has an office space if you need to do remote work. A big thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us!
