Der lichtdurchflutete, offene Wohnbereich erstreckt sich über eine erhöhte Nordterrasse mit Panoramablick auf die Hügel von Juc. Kinderleckereien mit Garten, Trampolin, Abstellraum, Rutsche, Sandkasten und überdachtem Spielbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, sodass die Kinder unterhaltsam schlafen können. Voll klimatisiert. Nach einem Standard für den persönlichen Gebrauch des Eigentümers renoviert. Kurzer Fußweg zu den Klippen, Surfstränden, Cafés / Pubs & Park / Spielplatz / Tennisplätzen.
Der offene Wohnbereich ist darauf ausgerichtet, das Sonnenlicht vom Morgen bis zum späten Nachmittag einzufangen. Das Deck ist privat und windgeschützt, so dass Sie sich entspannen, unterhalten und den Garten überblicken können, damit Sie kleine Kinder bequem beaufsichtigen können. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Esstisch für 8 Personen, eine große modulare Ledercouch für 7 Personen sowie einen 55-Zoll-Plasma-TV und einen DVD-Player mit Soundsystem. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und verfügt über einen Deckenventilator im Wohnbereich. Im gesamten Haus sind spektakuläre professionelle Fotos der umliegenden Strände und Hügel zu sehen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass Sie eine großartige Dinnerparty oder einen Grillabend veranstalten können. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, separate Dusche und Toilette. Es gibt auch eine zweite Toilette, die vom Bad getrennt ist und an die Wäsche angeschlossen ist. Unser Platz ist ideal für junge Kinder mit all den lustigen Dingen im Hinterhof und Spielsachen / Büchern, sodass Sie sie nicht mitbringen müssen. Portacot, Hochstuhl, Sitzerhöhung, Schutzgitter für Betten und Stufen werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir verwenden es regelmäßig, um es so gut wie möglich für unseren eigenen Gebrauch zu pflegen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist voll von einheimischen Familien und sehr kinderfreundlich.
Das Parken ist in der langen Einfahrt und reicht für 4 Autos (komplett abseits der Straße).

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer:
- Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 mit 1 Queensize-Bett,
- Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 mit 1 Queensize-Bett
- Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 mit drei Etagenbetten (Doppelbett unten und Einzelbett oben), einer ausziehbaren Matratze und einer Couch
- Schlafzimmer Nr. 4 mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer Workstation mit einem verstellbaren Stuhl
Alle 4 Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 9 Erwachsene sowie eine ausziehbare Matratze für eine 10. Person. Es gibt auch einen Portacot und eine ausziehbare Matratze für kleine Kinder (groß genug für 4 Personen und jünger). Die Preise gelten für 4-8 Personen. Jan 2021We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, facilities and communication with the owner were all fantastic. The kids loved the trampoline and monkey bars and we loved the house. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is excellent with the beach and playground within a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend and we will stay again for sure!

Feb 2022We really liked our stay at Jan Juc, the parks, beaches and locality were on point. The beds were great and just what we needed after a big day exploring. The living/dining was perfect for meal times and outside was great, nice and secure for the little kids. The house itself was a great size and made us feel secure as all the locks and doors were suitable to maintain safety while on holiday. The cooling in each room was amazing especially on the hotter nights. We will return.

Feb 2017We loved our time at this holiday house. We have two young children and the house accomodated for them perfectly. Our three year old had a great time on the trampoline & in the backyard and we loved that we could see him from the large deck. Excellent bedding and a quality portacot were much appreciated too. Special mention to the wonderful comfy couch! We can't wait to go back!

Feb 2017We had a wonderful couple of nights at the coastal retreat. The house is perfect for families with kids my daughter loved the fully equipped garden. The house was clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again if in Victoria.

Mar 2017We had a great stay. Excellent house for kids. Toys in bedrooms and lots of sports equipment downstairs in the backyard, including trampoline and sandpit. Balcony was great place to sit and watch the kids and I liked the outdoor access. The outside shower( with hot and cold water ) was a god send with kids because they could shower and get off all the sand from the beach before coming inside. House was easy to keep clean.
I liked that the pantry was stocked with essentials and you didn't have to buy salt, pepper ect.
We all slept very well as bed were comfy and the rooms quiet and dark.
Easy to get to Torquay where we spent most of out time as the beach was safer for kids.

Sep 2017We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in janjuc. It was a family get together, from 2years to 60 year olds. Plenty of room for all of us, deck was a great asset and view. Kids loved the play equipment and toys. Plenty of room, Beds comfy and as it was a chilly weekend, so heating surficed. Close and handy to all in the surf coast.

Oct 2017We enjoyed a family weekend getaway at this property, 8 adults and 2 children. The house had everything you needed inside to make it comfortable for everyone. The backyard was perfect with a large entertaining area that overlooked a fully equipped play area for kids with a cubby, trampoline and plenty of toys.
Was only a short stroll to shops, beach and park also.

May 2019Two families (4 adults and 4 young children) had a great time at this house. The set up is perfect for kids and adults. So much for the kids to enjoy (toys, outside play equipment, big TV). Really appreciated the extra touches like spices and dry goods, coffee and amenities in the kitchen. Great location too. We even walked to a local eatery one evening. Would definitely stay again.

Aug 2017The property was easy to find, fully equipped and best of all, affordable. Very spacious and clean. The owners have obviously kept the property well maintained. I loved how the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, including pantry condiments. All the little things count in this property, even shampoo and soap were provided. The property was close to shops and food. The owner was very friendly and genuine. It really is a home away from home. We will definitely recommend to others and eventually return.

Jul 2017Overall we enjoyed a really great short stay at the property. The house was clean and tidy, the owner was very easy to deal with, and crockery, cutlery and appliances were good quality and easy to use. Basic condiments were even provided in the panty. My family would definitely return.

Mar 2017House was well furnished with air-conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the open plan sitting room was comfortable. The garden fences were well secure so that we had no concern in our dog getting out. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the facilities this house has to offer.
