Oct 2020Richard was great to work with. Very good communication throughout the entire process from booking to the stay to checkout. We needed to stay an extra day and Richard was great in working with us to make that happen. The property has all the amenities and is very nicely finished and furnished. It truly is a very short walk down the street to a public but little used beach access. He has beach stuff available for use if you want to use it. Wifi is strong and fast. It really was the perfect place for what we needed. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time. Thanks for the great stay!!

Oct 2021House and property were clean and well stocked. Close to parks, beach and downtown. Dogs loved the yard and the surrounding neighborhoods were perfect for walks and biking.

Oct 2022Great property! Location was absolutely perfect...walking distance to the beach and to Historic Downtown Venice!! Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Richard was very responsive. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation a few days short because of hurricane Ian, but hopefully we'll be back!!
