We could walk a few minutes one way and be at the ocean, or a few minutes the other and be at the bay. That's if we wanted to leave the rooftop deck. We enjoyed our stay here, there was plenty of space for 4 adults. We walked to most of the places we ate, loved the convenience of the Olive Cafe on the corner for morning coffee and breakfast.Parking was convenient, and the owner was quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the wifi.This unit felt modern and clean like a hotel but with so much more space-I hope we get to visit again!

This property is perfect for our family. It is in between Mission Beach Drive and Mission Bay near Santa Clara Place. It was in the quiet part of Mission Beach rather than the louder Mission Beach Belmont Park or Pacific Beach pier areas. And its only a 20-30 minute drive to Coronado or a Padres baseball game. It was walking distance to good restaurants and cafes, surf and bike rentals, nice shops, Tower 19, and the Mission Bay aquatic center. We spent half of our time taking surfing lessons from the great team at Surfari. And we went paddle boarding in the bay at the aquatic center. The three-level, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, town house was perfectly clean, had updated appliances, and comfortable furniture. Wifi and cable worked so we could check a few work emails and watch Shark Week. The additional rooftop deck was a great place for sunrises and sunsets. The unit came with sand chairs for the beach. We did not use the garage to park, but stored bikes and boards in it. The car port was easy to park in. We hope to come back to this property again.

This is a beautiful home located close to the beach and bay. Very clean and modern. We each had a room on a different floor (3 story) with our own bathroom which was quite enjoyable. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if the occasion arose.

This home was by far the cleanest we've ever rented. It was the perfect size for our group. We were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. The A/C was a big plus. Rentals in the past have never had A/C but we never needed it. It was extra warm this year so the A/C was awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys. Another extra bonus was the refrigerator in the the garage for all our beverages. The only thing I would recommend is getting rid of the keys and using keyless entry on the doors. I was always worried about losing the key. And we always had to worry about the teenagers getting in and out if we had the key because we didn't want to leave the place unlocked. The living area was a little small for eating meals and playing games but it wasn't a big deal. I would highly recommend this rental.

The home was clean, good location, and all of the amenities. Washer, dryer, AC, and comfortable beds made the stay that much better.

Our stay here was just wonderful. The location was perfect for our little families and made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach or fun activities. The house had all of the amenities we needed and then some. It was nice not having to pack beach towels! We all fit comfortably and hope to come back soon!

Nicely upgraded, clean, private split levels, and close to everything around Mission.

Lots of interior stairs. Only drawback if you like to bbq not easy to go from 2nd floor kitchen to bbq area outside. This is a great spot!

Beautiful home, which was as listed. It’s a very good location for all kinds of fun and excellent food, all just a few steps away. Lots of pluses on renting this one. The 2 parking spots with one being in the garage is a huge bonus as was the 3 bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again, just all around perfect!

Apartment is fabulous. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. In nice quiet location minutes from the Bay Area the beach. BBQ and beach gear were also great bonus to be able to use. Host also very nice and responsive with any questions. Very nice vacation was hadand would highly recommend as place to stay.
