Apr 2018We had a wonderful few days stay in mid April. A little hiccup to begin with but was quickly rectified by Glenn. The house was very modern and spacious and worked well for our family. Love the way that the beach was practically at our door step, especially when using the secret side gate. Fab stay!

Nov 2018We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous house, which is very private and just moments from a jaw-dropping tropical beach. The owners have thought of everything - we wanted for nothing and were extremely comfortable. High spec fixtures and fitting and super comfy bedding. Only small thing to be aware of is the main bedroom - which is fantastic - is on a mezzanine level and the walls don’t go right up to the very high ceilings. It was private, but if you want an early night and people are still downstairs, it’s noisy and the light comes in. Small detail. Don’t let it put you off - fab property in a great spot. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Apr 2019We arrived to find a perfectly presented property, well positioned in Port Douglas with all the amenities you could possibly want for a home away from home. We travelled as a group of friends and couples and the bedrooms were well appointed and the 3 x bathrooms made it easy to have us all get ready. The washing machine and dryer was great for towels as well as personal washing and the dishwasher along with the ample crockery made our stay trouble free.

It was lovely and quiet at the end of a dead end street, only a few minutes walk to the beach, and 10 min walk to cafes and shops.The house was large and open plan which allowed for air circulation and easy cooling.There were all top quality appliances, and everything you could possibly need was in the house. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but when you’re that close to the beach you don’t really need it.Dean was wonderful to deal with and was quick with any responses. We had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations. Dean was very accomodating and made it a smooth and easy process to do this.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

May 2018The property was everything we imagined it to be, so much space the out door area is amazing , the pool delightful and the position of the house priceless. We loved the little things that made our holiday easy to manage like the provision of beach towels, linen and Foxtel. Walk along the beach into town is so pitcturesque and easy. We will defiantely be back

Feb 2019The house is nice and well equipped and we enjoy a lot our holiday. The kids liked the swimming pool; the sea is just 50m by a private road. Port Douglas is also very near.
Inside the house has all you need and well decorated with a nice patio with the possibility to do BBQ. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen equipped with all the tools and appliance that you need for a comfortable living. Definitely a place for spend an holiday with the family.

Oct 2018Set just back from the beach and close enough to walk to the cafes this place was ideally positioned. The house itself was in excellent condition and the private tropical garden and heated pool was to die for.
My advice is to just go and enjoy the serenity, it’s Epic!

Nov 2018Second visit to Serentity and I’m sure we will be back. Perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, surf club, town or marina, but quietly tucked away at the end of Garrick Street. The accommodation is very well presented and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host Glenn is very helpful in ensuring everything is in place for his guests.

Mar 2019My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. The pool, kitchen and space from all the bedrooms was the perfect place to launch our Port Douglas activities from. We would definitely return here!

Apr 2019Love that we were so close to the beach just down a beach path...great beach days. Love the spaciousness of the house and all the amenities - it was so relaxing by the pool.
Also we didn’t need a car - so close to the surf club and all of Port Douglas we walked and hired bikes which was great fun.

Nov 2018Has everything you could need and more, only negative is the TV, the sound is terrible and makes it extremely hard to follow any film or programme, other than that its an amazing property.

Figuring out the gate and key box took a bit of work in the dark.
Great open floorplan. Pool was wonderful after a long day out.
Put the kids in the upstairs bedroom. You can hear them breathing up there.
