Jul 2021We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Janet was excellent to deal with. She promptly responded to all of our emails. She went the extra mile by leaving tea , coffee and and a basket of treats. The location of the cottage provides the perfect get away.

Aug 2022We had a week of wonderful weather, daily beach visits, and enjoyed a lot of the amenities at White Point. The home was great and we spent every evening at the fire pit.

Aug 2022We had an amazing time at the cottage! There was plenty of room for all - 3 moms and 4 girls! The kitchen was great for making meals, lots of utensils and plates, and the large table made for great breakfasts & brunches where we all could sit!The deck was amazing, and we used the back yard for some star gazing.The beach was fantastic, the nature trail was used most often to get to the resort. We saw a few bunnies on the way and the girls took their annual photo on the large rocks near the walking bridge. Beautiful!!Definitely a great place to stay and Janet was great at equipping & communicating with me leading up to and while there.Would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for allowing us to make some wonderful memories!~Beth

Apr 2022This property was in the woods close to White Point with plenty of space and comfortable. Thankful for flexibility of owners for check-in dates and times, and the nice gift basket. Close to White Point and great to use the amenities there, but road to the cottage has many potholes so need to beware when driving in.

Sep 2020This cottage is perfect for two families with young children. The space was great, it was very roomy and I like that everything is on one floor so you don't have to worry about stairs. White Point was walkable even for the young ones (although not with all your beach gear). The beach was great (sand only exposed at low tide though) and there are so many other beautiful beaches near by. Bring a body board for sure. The cottage has all the must-haves but you may want to bring things like a speaker for music and note that the TV in the living room does not have Netflix (the bunk bed room does though). There is a nice BBQ and also a lobster pot if you need one. Janet was good at communicating and left a lovely gift basket. We'll be back for sure!

Sep 2022This cottage is more like a home. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. Having the firepit was really nice, as well as access to Whitepoint was great! Everything you need for a great stay!

Aug 2021Thank you Janet & Greg for allowing us to use this home as a base for our vacation. It's location was perfect - allowing us to explore nearby beaches and visit with family. The children enjoyed riding their bikes via the Nature trail to the White Point Lodge and beach area for nightly campfire. It had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Aug 2022It is tough to please teenagers. We looked for an interesting vacation spot for each of my kids interests. This cottage was perfect. With access to White Point beach and pool and close to Liverpool for dining and activities everyone found something they loved. Relaxing in the cartage was everyone's favorite too.

Dec 2021Due to freezing temperatures, the heating was inadequate, the electrical system could not sustain new space heater purchased by guest. Owners very willing but unable to rectify. Problems being fixed before next rental. Great cottage nevertheless.

Oct 2022A beautiful home on a gorgeous lakeside spot was the perfect getaway for us. Sitting on the deck drinking my tea while enjoying the fall colours and lake view, listening to the birds and squirrels, was pretty much perfection. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working when we stayed but we really enjoyed the sauna and going in the lake (which was not as frigid in early Oct as expected!). Close to Pidgeon River Provincial Park, we took in hiking there a couple times. Fabulous location. The house itself looks newly renovated with everything up-to-date (new appliances, showers, etc.) and very clean. Lucy was a responsive host, helping us troubleshoot any little issues or questions quickly. Hope to be back!

Oct 20206 ladies in our 60s ,we had a great time at the cottage ,it was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there . We used the pool at the lodge, very nice. I think this will become an annual event , This is my first time booking with vrbo ,it worked very well. The property managers answered any questions I had immediately. Thank you
