Unser Haus ist perfekt für mehrere Familien, Gruppen von Freunden oder nur ein ruhiges Wochenende entfernt. Es gibt drei Wohnebenen. Die Schlafzimmer im ersten und dritten Stock bieten viel Platz und Privatsphäre für alle. Es gibt 7 Balkone und Veranden, davon einer mit Sichtschutz und eine Dachterrasse! Vom Balkon im zweiten Stock sowie vom Hauptschlafzimmer und Balkon sowie von der Dachterrasse genießen Sie Meer- und Buchtblick. Sie könnten einschlafen, wenn Sie den Wellen lauschen.
Dieses Gerät verfügt über zwei eigene Parkplätze. Sie können Ihr Auto parken, wenn Sie ankommen und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dewey Beach laufen! Rehoboth ist eine kurze Straßenbahnfahrt von der Promenade oder den Restaurants entfernt. Tanger Outlets sind auch eine kurze 10-minütige Fahrt.

Wir fügen Annehmlichkeiten hinzu, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Bilder werden nach Abschluss der Arbeiten aktualisiert.

Aug 2021We were so completely pleased with our stay we are ready to book for next summer!! The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and conveniently located to the beach, the bay and to all things Dewey. The check-in was so easy with the key pad. This unit was everything it was presented to be.

Aug 2019We've stayed in the same complex before, but different unit. The floor plan is great for families with kids on the bottom and adults upstairs. Walking to the beach and the fact that kids can walk themselves back if needed is a nice feature. We had a fabulous week. Low key with friends and family. Easy. Heather was great - provided tips and guidance. Process was thorough and straight forward. The lack of bedding or towels was a bit of a hassle, but we all remembered to bring stuff.

Aug 2020We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was definitely a good choice! Heather is a very responsive host, replying to messages within minutes. The condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and the other side of the island. With 3 floors it was easy to spread out. The kids played downstairs and the adults got to relax. There are a ton of balconies with outdoor furniture to sit and relax. The beach was beautiful and clean with lifeguards.

Jul 2022We just returned after a week stay at this awesome beach home. Heather was very responsive from the moment I booked until the day we left. This home was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The many decks are were so nice to have and the rooftop deck was great for the 4th of July. We loved this end of Dewey as it’s a little more quiet but still so close to everything. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Heather, thank you again for such a wonderful stay and offering a “pet friendly “ home. We hope to be back next summer!

Jul 2019We had a great time. The accommodations were very comfortable and Heather was a perfect hostess. She was very responsive to us and our needs. My only criticism is that perhaps it could have been a little cleaner (but even that Heather was willing to address immediately). We would stay again and recommend Heather as a hostess to others.

Apr 2021We greatly enjoyed our stay at Heather's condo in Dewey! The location was perfect - walking distance to everything in Dewey and a short drive to Rehoboth/Lewes. It was also a very easy walk down the street to the beach! The place was clean and had what we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Jun 2019This property was perfect for us. We had six adults and four young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were able to spend time together as well as find quiet places to relax. The location was perfect...no streets to cross to get to the beach, just a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The property owner was so nice and very responsive with any questions I had prior to our stay. I would give this experience all the stars possible!

Jun 2018This house had absolutely everything we needed and communication with Heather was excellent. The town house is very spacious -- we were four adults, two children and two dogs -- and it would comfortably accommodate more vacationers. There are several quiet spaces to retreat to, including two balconies, a screened-in porch, and the rooftop. Dewey Beach is very dog-friendly, so it's a perfect spot for your 4-legged family members! The beach is steps away, as are several restaurants. Note: The crab cakes down the street at Woody's are the best!!

Sep 2022This condo is a wonderful place to stay! The location so close to the beach was so convenient. Plenty of space for everyone inside. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck off of the kitchen. All of the decks were very nice and appreciated the composite decking. No worries about splinters. The deck on the ground floor was very big. Great place to leave beach chairs, etc.

Jun 2018Thank you Heather & Mike for sharing your wonderful beach house with my family. We were so happy to be so close to both the beach & the bay. The house was so spacious and everyone had plenty of room to mingle or have quiet time. (there was not much quiet time though) And thank you for letting our pet Roscoe come with us. We were so happy that he could enjoy the vacation with the family!

Jul 2020Perfect getaway ... the amazing rooftop deck was perfect for watching fireworks!!! It is a 1 minute walk to the beach. House was well stocked, very nicely updated, spotless and heather was very responsive! We will definitely be back!!!!

Aug 2019Or family of 6 plus two dogs just got home from a wonderful week at the beach! The location of the house is a very short walk to the beach and shops/ restaurants and a very quick drive to the boardwalk. We were all very comfortable.
During our stay we had a small leak from the washing machine so I texted the owner, Heather. She responded back immediately and the very next day had the washing machine and dryer replaced! Amazing attention from the owners.
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely house. You may see us again next year!

This alone becomes a mission when trying to find the right beach rental that allows this type of privilege as most homes "say no the pet." The home was well equipped, perfect proximity to the beach and excellent owner communication throughout my stay. Highly recommend this property and we will def be coming back again and again!

Jul 2022Great space, fabulous decks that were perfect for two or our 4 daughters who had to work from home a couple days as well as our sweet dog who enjoyed the shade of the mid level carpeted deck to rest in the cool breeze. First time staying in Dewey, very family oriented, quiet beach with plenty to do. We spent a few nights 2 miles down the road in Rehoboth for dinner. Heather was always available and responsive to any question. Highly recommend.
