Aug 2019We were very happy with Inna's house on Cape Cod. The rooms were large and bright with a definite beach decor. The kitchen was well equipped with any/or all high end equipment you needed to cook. The lower floor was private and great for additional family or friends
The decks were relaxing with comfortable furniture and privacy.
Set up well for small pets. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and lots of storage. It truly was a flip flop walk to beach and conveniently located so that you could walk to Main Street or several beaches in the area.
House was spotless air conditioned for Cape humidity and modern.
Loved our stay there and would recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy the Cape. Inna was very helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had.

Aug 2022We were there 2 weeks with our family and friends. There were enough room for everybody, very nice house, very good equipment in the kitchen, all made with love and good taste. Even our dog did not want to leave home. Want to come next year too. Owner very nice and answer any questions right away. Thanks for everything.!

Jul 2016We were lucky enough to find this property for our summer vacation. Great location, amazing view out back, very private / secluded while being close to everything in Hyannis. Property was very well maintained and larger than we expected. Will book again if back out that way.

Aug 2017We stayed with two families - kids 2-13 years old- big kids took over basement little kids in bunk room. Great layout! Loved the layout of the house. Deck was great in am to enjoy coffee and night to unwind with a cold beer!!
Kitchen well stocked!! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had !!
I would definitely stay here again!!

Jul 2016We rented this property for our first family vacation to Cape Cod.
First - the house is beautiful and very well appointed with everything that my family could possibly have asked for in a vacation home. All that we needed to bring was linens for the very comfortable beds. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and the grill is nicer than my own at home. The pictures do not lie ... the house is perfect. There is a new washer and dryer and the air conditioning (a must for the 4th of July week) worked perfectly. When I did have a question about the house, I received an immediate reply to my email and the problem was resolved without having to leave the house.
The property is nicely located at the end of a quiet driveway ... easily within walking distance from Keyes Beach. My 7 year old son voluntarily pulled 4 beach chairs from the beach to the house - yes, the chairs were nicely supplied by the owners for our enjoyment. Keyes Beach is the perfect beach for a family with young children or less adventurous kids. We were all very happy to have discovered it. We decided to take the walk into the town of Hyannis to visit the Main Street and the shops. It was within walking distance for a group of 8 including kids ages 7 - 11. There may have been some complaining along the way, but the ice cream on Main Street quickly put an end to any gripes. We even had the chance to check out a Summer League Baseball game and stroll back to the house afterwards. There are plenty of local shops, movies, and other things to do if the weather does not cooperate. Of course, the restaurants in the area are also amazing. If you wish to explore, as my family did, Hyannis is a great location to call your base of operation. We were within an easy drive of any of the other Cape Cod sites and beaches.
In summation, we all thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Flip Flop to the Beach and Cape Cod and look forward to returning for many more family vacations.

Aug 2016We loved the main space: kitchen, dining room, living room. The vaulted ceiling and skylights really let the summer sun in, but the central air kept the hot out. Sitting on the back deck listening to the wind in the reeds, we felt separate from the bustle of Hyannis. What a lovely home.

Sep 2022We had a wonderful week at this home on the Cape. The home was clean, light-filled, and cozy. Lovely views from the back porch; we saw all sorts of birds in the marsh grasses every morning. Keyes Beach was a short, 5-minute walk away. It's a great beach for families -- large enough to keep older kids interested, but small and calm enough that you don't have to worry about smaller children. We had a great week to end our summer!

Aug 2018We had an absolute blast in Inna's Home. This place is truly spectacular. Inna really does think of everything ---from the beach chairs for guest to enjoy, to the pamphlets of things to do around the cape, to the great sound system she has in the home and so much more! The home truly feels like a beach house and the 5 minute walk to Keys Memorial Beach was wonderful.
The deck was one of our favorite spots because the lounge furniture was so comfortable that we actually feel asleep out there one afternoon. The amount of birds that live in the marsh is incredible to watch. We loved that every day.
If I had to make any suggestions. I would say the outdoor shower was amazing! If there was a 3-way enclosure, it would make it ideal to take a complete shower out there. We used it mostly to rinse off from the beach but being able to completely and comfortable shower outdoors during the hot days would be amazing.
Overall. this was an absolute favorite of ours and I highly recommend making this your next family get away! Thank you for everything Inna!

Aug 2019We had a great week in this house. It was immaculate when we arrived and very comfortable. The beds are all comfortable and the house well appointed so that everyone was comfortable and happy. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk down a sandy road. We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 2018This house was in a good location, very close to Keyes Beach, one of the smaller beaches, with a couple of others within a bit of a walking distance.
We had seen mention of ants in a previous review...and sure enough they came to check us out the first day...but there are ant bait stations provided and we put a couple out and never saw another ant after that.
The basement area is as mentioned in earlier reviews...very "basement-y" but our teenaged boys made it their personal space which spared us all their video games and musical taste! So that was great...and staying for two weeks, the laundry room was much appreciated!
The house was comfortable and had everything we needed provided. Inna was very responsive to all our questions. She also thoughtfully recommended the Father's Day Weekend Car Show in Hyannis was happening while we were there...so we went and checked it out and it made everyone's top 10 list of things we did!! It is amazing!
The only thing we would have appreciated was that the screen door leading out to one of the decks was severely torn up so we could never have that door open due to bugs. Hopefully that will be replaced soon so can enjoy the wonderful fresh air and converse with those out on the deck.
We loved Cape Cod and this was a good starting point for activities up and down the Cape. We enjoyed our stay!

Aug 2015This home was a true gem. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything one would need-including an espresso machine! The decor was very tasteful and beautifully done, we loved the open concept! The central AC was a blessing on the hot days after coming home from the beach.
The house is only a five minute walk to a beautiful beach that had plenty of space and was not crowded. We definitely would like to come back again next year!

Aug 2022There were nine of us, four adults and five children. The house has pretty much everything you need, and the central air conditioning was a savior this week! The set up is somewhat ideal for two couples.. two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom, larger bedroom downstairs and another full bathroom. Basement is fine for kids, however some adults might not find it very comfortable. The twin beds were fine for our boys, but the pullout couches might need some upgrading. Our boys loved having the space to themselves and slept like rocks down there. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The back deck is absolutely incredible! We felt very lucky, the spot is very secluded despite the somewhat built up neighborhood. Lovely outdoor space with a fire pit, and the birds! Five minute walk to Keyes Beach.

Jul 2016The house looks nice in the photos, but they really don't do it justice - this is an absolutely lovely house in an incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is just a very short walk down the road - very easy for our young kids. The rear deck is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a drink while listening to the reeds swaying in the wind. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Jul 2017The house is lovely. It is bright and airy, and well-equipped with items you would include for yourself to be comfortable. For example, it was a very pleasant surprise to find laundry hampers in the bedroom closets. Bedrooms don't feel cramped, and there are plenty of spaces to gather as a family.
But the location is even better. It's a quiet spot at the end of the street, with 2 decks overlooking the marsh in back. It's also an easy walk to a very nice beach, even when carrying a beach chair or blanket. And for the young adults in our family looking for a bit more excitement, it was just a 20-minute walk to Main St.

Jul 2020The home was absolutely beautiful. All modern appliances and electronics. Very comfortable with plenty of room for me my wife and my four children. The only thing that we didn’t like was the driveway. It was unpaved, very bumpy, with a lot of potholes and brush hanging onto the driveway. Would have also liked a bigger front and backyard.

Aug 2021Our family loved staying here. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and clean; it felt like a private beach. The house was amazing! Clean and equipped with everything we needed. The decks were amazing!!! We will definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a quiet getaway this is certainly a wonderful option. Very quiet and close proximity to other area attractions in cape cod. Loved it!

Sep 2018My husband and I stayed at 80 Crocker the last week of this summer. In addition, our daughter and two grandchildren joined us...as well as Ripley, our dog.
The house is lovely, with plenty of room to relax, both inside and outside. The location feels very private, being at the end of this private street with the salt marsh behind...beautiful sunsets on that side!
The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances and cookware and utensils that are needed...including a cast iron griddle, frying pans and pots of all sizes, a coffee/espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and much more! Nothing was lacking.
Bedrooms are very comfortable, with lots of closet and storage space...the lower level is also a great place to hang out.
Keye's Beach is an easy walk from the house, just walk back out of the private road and turn to the right...entrance to the beach is just a few steps down the road. There are beach chairs and umbrellas and even beach toys available at the house for guests to use.
Anything else we needed was nearby...Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, great restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, miniature golf, movie theater, the ferry, etc.
We lucked into a week of great weather...very hot, but that was fine for the beach. All in all, the vacation at this home was perfect.

The house was ideally located for going to the local beach and heading into Hyannis for the many restaurants both downtown and on the harbor. The central air conditioning was a blessing because of the extreme temperature and high humidity during our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for and above average experience on their vacation.

May 2022Inna has a wonderful home that is perfect for a beach getaway. The location is just steps from the beach and the home has all the comforts and amenities to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable stay. The house is very spacious and we especially made use of the outdoor grill and the children loved the firepit with great views of the sunset whilst toasting marshmallows. Check in was smooth and painless. We even left an item by mistake and Inna was kind enough to post it to us. This is one of the best rentals we've stayed in and will definitely be staying here again the next time we're at the Cape!
