The property was perfect for our family and fit the description perfectly. Such a quick walk to the beach made daily commutes easy. We can’t wait to come back.

The house was very clean and stocked fully for what our family needed!!!

The house was great for our group. Right across from the beach and close to everything you might need. The only drawback was the small parking in front of the house but they worked with us and helped us out with a place for additional parking.

The house was great for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The short walk to the beach was great. The pool/hot tub was great. My only suggestion would be more pots and pans and some baking dishes. Overall great vacation.

Property had a few things we found that needed attention. Told the owner and he was out there the next day. As for the 3rd floor pull out bed, Mattress is shot. I slept on the sofa part and it was ok for me.

Owner is always there if you need anything he would get it fixed right away, love the location to everything, beach right across the rd, and the pool is wonderful

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids enjoyed bunking up together and the adults had their own rooms. The spa pool was perfect for the non-beach days. Location was perfect to restaurants and other entertainment venues. The owner was awesome to work with. Very responsive to questions.

My family and I had a great vacation week here at this beautiful beach house. It is fully stocked. We love the space here at the house. The pool was definitely a plus for us, especially the grandkids. The walk to the beach is not far. We spent a lot of time there. We will definitely add this property on our list to stay at. Lets start with the positives because there are SO MANY! Location was fantastic. It was a very easy walk to the beach and the beach access had NO STAIRS! WOW! Doesn't get any better than that when you are carrying your beach stuff! A review or two had mentioned the street noise, but that was not a problem for us at all so no worries there. The house layout is awesome. Large family room and dining area and a spacious kitchen! Bedroom on the main floor with bath was wonderful for my mother-in-law who has hip issues. The hot tub-pool exceeded all expectations. We always book a vacation home with a private pool so we were concerned when this pool was a little "different", but my 6 year old daughter, my 60 year old mother and my 30 year old brother all thought this might be their favorite pool ever! The owner of the property was easy to work with and communicate with. He also allowed us to get into the property early on check-in day which was very much appreciated. So here's the only "but"...as with any rental property, it's always possible that you'll have nightmare renters and the owner seems to have had that exact situation right before our arrival. While the house was VERY clean, the upholstered furniture had been through the wringer with the previous group. I know the owner will replace it (I don't think it can be saved with cleaning), but that will take time especially with everything taking longer than ever to order and deliver. The bedrooms were all in perfect condition so it seems the party was relegated to the sofas. I think this is a good reminder to all to treat these rental homes like you would treat your own home. I'm sorry the owner has to deal with something like this. Overall, still 5 stars and if I were the owner, I'd replace the furniture, add some large art to the walls and charge more so y'all better book now before he does that!

I would definitely stay here again. The beach is super close and the kids loved the hot tube. The house was very clean and if we had any issue the owner was right there. We had to leave a day early due to my husband getting ill. :(

House was clean, lot of outdoor furniture, nice gas grill. Location had very loud road noise. There was difficulty accessing house from opposite side of road when driving. Very noisy neighbors behind house. They were suppose to out of hot tube after ten p.m. but they did not abide by that rule. I can't say it was a very relaxing vacation. I take part of the blame because I should have realized from the street views that this property was not what I am accustomed to when choosing a beach house.

House was beautiful and spacious and in an excellent location!! The owner, Jason, was easy to work with and made our stay great! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Great house and very close to the beach. Front door to feet in the sand was about 2 minutes! The owner came out for routine maintenance and discovered the pool heater wasn’t working. He spent a large portion of his day fixing the heater which was so nice of him to do. Super easy check-in with no hassle. The pool was perfect for everyone-kids especially. They loved the warm water and jets. Plenty of room and very clean with everything you could need!

Everything was wonderful! There was plenty of space for the 9 of us. The pool was an awesome feature bc the water was a little rough while we were there. It was so nice to relax out by the pool by ourselves. The beach access was super convenient. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of seating for us to all hang out in the living room! Like I said we will definitely be back!! And the location kept us away from the craziness down a little farther but was still super close to several yummy restaurants! I highly recommend it!!
