Very convenient for beach and restaurants. Comfy beds! Nice kitchen. Easy access, responsive owner. Not disabled accessible, no views, noisy road.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! Close to the beach and stores but still not in the middle of everything! Brett was very communicative!

This was our first time to OCMD. We were two families totaling 11people. We had a great week overall. The house was the perfect size for us. The beds were all very comfortable. Loved the large garage. We had four cars, parked two in garage and found two spots by the nearby church to leave the cars we didn't use much. We left one area in garage for our beach gear. The location was great for the older kids to explore. The public bus got the kids to the south end of the island a few times during the week. It is a long bus ride from the north end to the south end. We were so glad we stayed on the beach side to the Coastal Highway. The beach was just OK..we are used to the Jersey shore and was disappointed in the shoreline. You could not enjoy the water at all. The beach renovation ruined the shoreline. The surf was so rough because of the waves crashing into the huge incline that was created. This was a major disappointment for us. The owner, Jeff, could not have been more responsive. We needed to contact him for a few issues and he responded immediately. A few minor issues ...very limited places to hang wet suits and towels (we brought our own over the door hooks), we could have also brought a fold up drying rack to dry suits in the garage, no baking trays or casserole dishes in kitchen. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone! We had a super week and loved OCMD!

This townhouse was the perfect home to host our family getaway. Location doesn’t get any better. Great access to the beach, the best Ocean City seafood restaurant options and of course a pool. Not to mention with the current Covid climate, this house was the optimal choice for safe stay. We were very pleased and cannot think of one bad thing to mention here. Thanks and look forward to renting here again.

This property was very nice. The short walk to the beach was very convenient, especially with younger children. It has plenty of space for our multi-family vacation. It was nice to have multiple bathrooms to shower and get ready. The washer/dryer was a great added touch. If we had any recommendations it would just be for a few small added touches...like a few hangers in the closets, a smaller spatula in the kitchen. We were a family that used the kitchen for 2 meals a day and sometimes we had to improvise.

This property was everything we were hoping for! Clean, nice house with plenty of room and parking! All the comforts of home on vacation! Its walking distance to the beach, has shared pool and is close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! It's closer to the boardwalk than we were expecting! We had a wonderful time with four families! 7 adults and 6 small people!

This property was an excellent location and space for a family! We stayed with 5 adults and 4 children (under the age of 7). It was a short walk to the beach with lots of family-friendly attractions within walking distance. Would love to stay there again!

This property is great! Close to the beach and shopping. Away from the boardwalk, but close enough to go there for an evening. Will definatrlely be back!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and enjoyed it a lot. Nice to have a three car garage to park cars and stow beach gear. Not going to lie, there's a lot of stairs, but the four bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms are nice, the living room and balconies are great for relaxing. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Close to eateries, mini-golf, laser tag, arcade, etc. Even had time to enjoy the pool, which we had to ourselves. Nicks Ribs is literally 20 yards away and has live music everyday from 5-8 in the open air bar area. Ponzetti's pizza, Fractured Prune donuts, and a very nice deli are just a block away and a quick walk. The beach is a little bit of a walk, like 200 yards, so not awful. We used a wagon, which made it easy.

This house was a great size for my group of 10 and was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having garage space for three cars. We’d definitely stay here again!

The whole process of rental and the location was perfect for a family trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was in good condition and as expected. We would come back again to this location again.

There is nothing negative to say. Plenty of space for 10, comfortable beds, large kitchen and great amenities. Some wear and tear on the floors and the sofa is aged, but it’s a rental property and didn’t affect us at all. The garage doors were rough and became jammed upon opening. We fixed it and opened them slowly afterwards. Only negative is no view of an ocean or a side street. Just of a parking lot and the main drag. Most of us didn’t mind, but again it’s exactly what we expected. Loved the price, the easy walk to the beach, the three car garage, the layout. Would stay again if some people in our party didn’t want an ocean view.

The place had a lot of room for six adults and 4 children under the age of 10. Nice big bedrooms. Only suggestion we would make would be a couple of comfortable chairs beside the couch Owner was awesome. Any question or concern he took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do this rental justice. It’s a very spacious spot. Great for a family vacation. Communication with owner was efficient too. We all enjoyed our stay!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, much more space than it seemed, we fit our group with space to spare. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable bedrooms were my favorite aspects of this home. Owner was very responsive and willing to accommodate our requests, would definitely stay here again.

The location is great for quick access to beach. You can hear traffic driving past house all night since it's also next to Coastal Highway. The house was not very clean. Probably due to inefficient cleaning service between guests.

The keyless entry and the 3 car garage were an added bonus. The pictures do not do the property justice because the unit was very spacious and was perfect for our mini getaway. The only issue we experienced was that the weather was not cooperative. I highly recommend this property.
